What u feel about the cycle ...... how its working condition now..
i bought this same cycle i used only for 3 days i am facing noise issues from back wheel and front wheel . even the cycle was installed by hercules company technical came home and did assembley.
Tried contacting customer services of hercules no one is attending the call....
i am fed up with this bike....
I think it's better & smooth to ride. But yeah...you are right I'm also facing some noise issues in back wheel not front wheel. But... yeah it's working good. And I'm happy with it.
And you don't need to worry too much about it. And you kept trying to call customer care service.
And I hope your problem gets solved soon. So, yeah...
