probably the most jam packed itinerary i've ever had in shanghai! appointment after appointment and rushing from one meal to the next haha
don't regret a moment of this busy trip though, and would do it all again if i could!

Oh my goodness the mouth guard actually hurts so much when you wear it for a long time 😭 but your teeth looks good!
Also I love yam balls in desserts, where I live in Canada we don't usually have any dessert stores that have them on their menu 🥺
