yeah, it was taken down as result of some DCMA claim by a guy named "Hossein Diba" (i saved it, as it appeared on the video in suspension reason).. i think he claimed that he designed Tupac's head which is in this video.. as that guy is a graphics designer. But its probably a lie, and they successfuly appealed it and the video is back.. or paid that guy? Who knows.
Edit: i actually found Hossein Diba's Tupac designs.. so it seems to be really his. So they must have paid him or got permission to use it afterwards. That guy, now i noticed as well, has a lot of followers on instagram, he's a popular graphics designer.
