The entire show was awesome. It was my third time seeing GNR live with the most recent prior to last night having been at Arrowhead in 1992. They were in top form last night and I am glad the storms stayed away for the show.
I went from being The guy that defended Axl legitimately to The guy that was an Axl apologist to The guy that admitted only to himself that he didn't sound good to The guy that finally said he sounds bad to This concert to The guy that says these videos don't do him justice because even at whatever he is today he is still killing it
@@AlwaysAwesome001 Attended one as a young uni student. It was early AC/DC and I was pretty naive, from the country and I didn't know we how to react. @@tylerthomas1864 actually I was looking around but halfway through the concert and it was even more full than that. It went from about halfway to almost packed and then back to half near the end You got the late arrivals and the people who leave early because they just came for a few specific songs and they want to beat traffic
It's great to be able to see the actual performers on the screens, strutting their stuff.Which is why we fans attend live shows like this. The spectacular lighting effects are very exciting but can be too distracting from the music. It would be even better still if the performers, especially Axl, the lead vocal and Slash, lead guitar could be in the centre screen panel. Like 'centre stage' instead of the lighting effects having this dominant position. Fans come to see and hear their music idols, primarily. The other effects enhance the live music experience and create atmosphere and so, play an important role but they are not the actual show. The musicians and vocalist(s) are the main stars.
God forbid anyone stand on the precious field where the multimillionaires play a child's game. Yea, sports! Throw the ball! Make a jump! Woo hoo! Just keep the plebs off the grass.
Best band in the world. Period!

It was my 4th show so nanananana.... lol 🍻
Axl's voice had a few moments, but was really well tuned and strong most of the show. Best I have heard him all tour.
His vocals were STELLAR when I saw them sept 12 in Knoxville! Axl is in good shape!!😊

AC/DC was my first concert
Well my first was technically Woodstock 94, but AC/DC was my first regular concert

No answer? 🤔
I must have nailed it. 👍
Funny how that works. 🤗
Why that huge empty green space between fans and stage?
Might be the stadium rules because the royals don't want the infield to be messed up as in the sand since they still have games left. Just my guess.

????
They actually had some plastic (not sure what the stuff is called) down protecting the field
Slash a bit sloppy in this one
They look bored like just going through the motions
