2023 and we still laugh and enjoy hs movies and this slapstick comedy. That proves what a great artist he was and in my opinion the real, true king of comedy. He was the master of this genre, even though his movies/comedy was about having fun and laugh, but underneath there were a lots of seriousness and deep social and political problems, hidden in this depth of laughter and slapstick. A real, true master!
So love this. God Los Angeles back in 1918 must have been so beautiful with all the open spaces.

Hahahahahahaha hahahahahahaha Harry Lauder was very funny. I actually know Scottish people who walk like he did. What a character he must have been. He picks the worst canes on the market. I have no idea as to why this movie was not made available to the public earlier. We gladly thank the Chaplin family, y Roy.
