I want to say to everyone here who is trying to spam with stupid comments about Lena! First of all here the page of Lena, not Julia and therefore you should comment for Lena, not to compare her with Julia(because there is nothing to compere between them, they are millions miles different when it comes to art, personality and understandings), because Im really sick of it! Beautiful song Lena and really nice video too. Nice to hear a positive song. For those still trying to figure out who the song is about notice it is her and her band putting the pictures up and some of those pictures are of her fans holding signs saying "You lift me up". My guess, it is Lena and the band saying "Thank You" & "You Lift Me Up" to their fans and the fans saying the same back. I wouldn't rule out a subtle and personal reference to God either.

This is probably my favourite song since the start of Lena's solo career. Not particularly my time of music (since I go by the likes of tatu's music genre). Yet there is something so uplifing about her voice, indeed! It reminded me of Abba even. Such a beautiful voice that has maturned over the years :D

I LOVE tATu, and will always appreciate their musical work. However I agree with you "Deva7", it was time for Lena and Yulia to go their separate ways. Lena's solo work is AMAZING. Yulia's is ok, but her work isn't nearly as lively/beautiful/appealing as Lena's solo work.
***** Of course I've got all their albums and I love the dark synthpop; tATu was amazing at their prime - I was a fan, but now I'd rather see them go solo. it's better to have fond memories than see those memories trashed by Yulia and Lena being bitchy to each other. Let's be honest, they've grown apart and won't ever be the same again.
Amanda Fladager Lena has always been more subtle than Yulia, and that shows in her music. Yulia wants to make some heavy dance/techno, while Lena goes for uplifting pop/rock and subtle electronica. They just go different directions image and music-wise, hence the split.
Very true. I appreciate both of their works but it depends also on mood :) Lena perks me and when I want to hear female edgy music I turn to Yulia's work or the dark techno as mentioned here.
