We dont need anything, there was some damage but nothing critical. Monterreys infrastructure held up great! The government had built a new damn just in time and added new paths for the water. Mexico nor the US ever ask for anything in when there is a tragedy, countries offer, just like Mexico has offered the US in the past and the US has accepted Mexican food, water and rescue teams. Remember Katrina?
