- In today's episode I had the honour of interviewing Christa Moffat. She is a Chinese Astrologer as well as a classical Feng Shui practitioner. We dove into the understanding of what is known as period 9 in Chinese astrology. This is a 20 year cycle that will officially begin in 2024 and it is all about transformation. It is represented by the element of fire, as well as the divine feminine energy. It is fast moving, illuminating and creative.

Fire, transformation, the heart, and the Phoenix have also been recurring themes for me over the past year or so and even more so recently. For what it's worth, I'm also a woman in my early 30's undergoing intense spiritual transformation, so this tracks for me lol so excited for these coming changes that have already begun :)
Thanks to Christa for sharing her knowledge and expertise. My one-fish aquarium is against a north wall and is happy, healthy and very low maintenance. North is my success direction -- based on my Gua number -- however, I had no choice but to put my altar against a south wall when I moved here five years ago. I can't change my (physical) east-facing front door, but I'll be bringing fresh vigor to my meditations now, knowing that the portal I'm opening is auspiciously placed!

😮 laser therapy! So cool to have that mentioned! About 5 years ago, I woke up from a dream where I was in a doctors office, and the doctor said to me “laser therapy for candida” and boom 💥 I woke up.
