And this guy isn't alive because he's good, he's alive because he got lucky. The Green Berets have more men than the US Rangers. The Rangers are the ones that are supposed to get Delta AND DEVGRU out of trouble and do conventional military operations. Basically the Rangers won't always be there to protect them and when that happens the Green Berets are often sent to save them.

One funny story I heard about SAS guys came from a SEAL.
They were in the chow hall at some base in Afghanistan and the SEAL notices that the SAS guys have American flag patches on their arms.
He asks them whats up with that.
They responded " Hey, gotta blame it on somebody."

I don’t think you paid attention, he wanted to hang out not run and gun. This is a great representation of a tier 1 unit being toxic. You can’t hang because you’re not tier 1. He definitely puts him self on a pedestal. I wouldn’t want him on my team if he treats the little guy like that, poor attitude.

First and formost, it’s the Irish, the British, the Australians and the Canadians and then the Americans come into that group. Some people need to read some history about the Canadians. Canadians were and are SAS. They were just not defined as such however, they have the classification, but they trained that’s where we came from not so much anymore but back in the day it was all people from Ireland Scotland, various spots in the UK…
