How to deliver strategic goals

A strategy is difficult to define, let alone deliver.
In this session, we will explore how to define a strategy using OKRs so that there are clear objectives and measures, a hierarchy of responsibility assigned to teams and individuals and mechanisms for progress to me managed and fed back up to the objectives.
The tools used in this workshop include:
• Viva Goals to define objectives and measure progress
• Project for the Web (Planner Premium )to manage the delivery of projects
• Azure DevOps to manage the delivery of products
• Planner to manage team activities
In addition to these core tools, the fundamental collaboration capabilities of Teams, Loop and Copilot will also be used.
Attendees of this session will gain an understanding of a range of patterns that can be used to support the delivery of strategic objectives that are visible to all within Viva Goals.
