Don't let those rowers tell you all where to go and push you away. They have no authority to tell you what you can or can't do. If your license (fishing app) says you can fish from the shore (it will tell you if you aren't allowed to) then you are allowed to fish there from the shore (that is why "handhaving" didn't send you away!) Thanks for fishing our beautiful rivers and lakes!

I don't know what it is Carl about your channel but I just cannot get enough of it...With everything there is too watch on You Tube your Videos have become my absolute favourite...I think one of the things that intrigues me is your storytelling abilities...It's almost like I am captivated by them...Plus it is epic watching you catch some of the biggest Fish around and not just in the U.k...I love seeing you venture to other countries to set your mark and achieve your goals...It was awesome to see Tom jump in to the water to give you a helping hand with that carp...That was just so unlucky to go lose it after all that effort...I get annoyed when i lose fish too but so long as I have caught something other than a cold it is always a relief...Keep up the awesome videos and I hope they will keep coming for many many more years to come.

A long awaited video Carl but definitely worth the wait, both you and your brother produce by far some of the best viewing on CZcams, keep up the good work and I’ll continue to wait patiently for the next excellent instalment. I saw three lads two days ago probably about 12-14 years old on there bikes with their fishing rods setting off on their fishing trip locally and it made me smile reminding me of when me and my mates started out fishing 😁👍 Thank you for your superb channels ( both of you ) from a very happy and loyal viewer 👍👍

Nice waters there in Barendrecht. But trust me. Cross the river and go fishing in the Hoeksche-waard. Better fish and less anglers and more water. I love there so i will know 😅

Can’t help but think you was fobbed off by the old codgers in the boat. Not only Police silent on the swim, but the locals fishing there and the other local telling you to remove the beams.
It did feel that way, but we didn’t want to cause a scene. Haha
They were fobbed.. only official people can tell you that you can't fish there. And those people are very obvious that they work for official instances..

Hey man, 2 days ago i caught my 4th ever carp. It was 22lbs and 84 cm, tied for pb. My smallest carp was 66cm and 16 lb.
I wanted to thank you and your brother for uploading over the past years also over on the fishing tutorials channel. Unfortunately i did not have someone close to me to teach me the ropes of fishing so its mostly self taught and the second channel helped a lot with that.
Sadly i cannot buy merch from you since i live in the EU so ill just send it here :)

Great video again of you and the boys. It’s really nice to see all the Beautiful fish near my hometown. And as many people say it’s strange that the old people know more of the so called regulations, more then the officials or the fishing regulation app we have to have in the Netherlands.

An amazing edit, glad you were able to catch some nice carp despite the 3 losses in a row. Also funny when police are fine with you fishing but others say you can’t fish the spot which I had a similar experience too lol. Enjoyed the movie 🎣💪🔥💯

What I love about Carl is he never gives up until he does however if there is a little bit of hope Carl will stay until he catches what he’s after
Great movie. I know where this is, you probably caught some of the biggest ones. If you want bigger go on the rivers that this river used to connect to. That's where you can find the 50-60 pound monsters. It'll be a challenge though, large rivers have tides, bottom snags, large boats, limited access, etc.

I just started carp fishing here in Australia. Unfortunately, we can't get any carp gear, baits, etc. here.
I just came back after my first ever attempt. No luck, not even a bite.
I've attempted to diy hair rig and used the American recipe of jelly, corn, and Breadcrumbs...
