Iréne Theorin dans Tristan et Isolde de Wagner

Avec Christoph Eschenbach qui revient en invité cette saison encore, l'Orchestre de Paris retrouve Wagner. Tristan et Isolde offre l'occasion d'entendre à Paris une des chanteuses aujourd'hui célébrées à Bayreuth. La soprano Iréne Theorin défend un Wagner tout en sensibilité. Elle a chanté Isolde à plusieurs reprises, y compris à l'Opéra de Copenhague où elle reprenait encore le rôle en décembre dernier.

Me toooooooo!!!! If you have not had the oortunity to see her Elektra, please,please, plese do it... She is it!!!! Te woman is out of this world. We had to wait about 15 years to hear someon that is actually able to takle the part and end it sounding as if she can start it again!!! IN CRE DI BLE!!!!!\
