Day one sub here--used to watch for the hilarious giant bites and my shared love of fried chicken and spaghetti, but the channel is so wonderful now with Catherine and the variety of meals!

I used to travel to Korea on business in the late 90's early 2000s. Prior to my first visit my expectation of Korean food was not good and I hoped they have Mickie Ds or Burger King but once I got there, OMG, fantastic. Even after all these year I still visit Korean restaurants and in fact cook Korean at home. One of the worlds best cuisines!!!
I was stationed there for a year and I miss the little chop house's such great people and the food is so good.
Thank you. Not many Americans have ever tried Korean food, but it's really delicious! One of the world's best kept secrets.
Bibimbap is the best!
I remember that I had korean BBQ in Hawaï.... I liked it! But in the Netherlands korean isn't big. I suppose you can find it in cities like Amsterdam or Rotterdam but that is not near me. Chinese/Indonesian that is much easier to get overhere because of our past.
Hey Derek and Catherine, I just wanted to share a grilling tip. When you grill a thick meat like the tomahawk, every couple minutes flip it. This way, you can track the cooking to your desired doneness.
I'm all for cooking the meat myself because I have to have my meats very well done, from burger to steaks ! Another spot on the list from Where All you can Vegas recommend for my spring trip to LV.

The Tomahawk is Ribeye but with the bone left in, it's the same cut of meat
Yeah, that’s the problem with people who don’t know cuts/presentation. If he/she knew it’s the same steak, they both would have said it’s the same. But one can clearly see that neither of them knows it’s the same steak, so they each have a different opinion.
Also called a cowboy steak in some restaurants
Koreans figured out they can change you to cook your own food. It’s an innovative move. Food looks good here.👍

Looks good, I love Korean BBQ, hot pot, and fried chicken! The place I go to is just a simple family-run restaurant, if you're new to it they help you manage the meat cooking so you don't ruin it. Once you've been there a couple times, you know how long to cook your meats and do it yourself. Delicious food, and it's right there on your table when it's ready, hot and fresh. Making me hungry! Great video as always you two, thanks and take care.

you can usually find the knob and turn the grill down a bit. They tend to leave it up to get you in and out quicker. No shame in turning it down a bit so everything doesn't burn. Love the video. When are you guys getting married?

Gosh, I thought that place was awesome and a must go to when in Vegas. The one serving per person would be fine with me as there was so much of a variety of meats, veges, and soups. Oh and those eggs were rockin and rolling. When you turned over the Tomahawk steak my first thought was just more added flavor. It's an awesome concept for a restaurant and I wish places like that were more available in the USA. Great Video.
