For 7 years I have no idea how lovely the pine tree in the back yard was.. nor how so lovely the singing of the many birds were. My husband had put tv stand in front of that window when we mover to south east AZ and want to move it. I lost him to cancer in November last year and needed light in the room, moved that huge stand and was shocked by the amazing view. I so love birds and they are blessing to my heart.

I loved the first 2, although I think I would have done the trim of the door and windows a sage green of the first birdhouse. The second one, the coffee pot is so adorable, love, love, love it.

Thanks for this video. I enjoyed seeing your work and got some great tips on color and decoupage. I commented earlier but made an error. The galvanized metal may be unpopular NOT because of the way it looks, but because if the house is to used functionally and not display, metal generates heat inside the house. In the hot and humid climate of the Gulf coast, the birds seem to like wood roofs rather than metal. I have built and sold houses and feeders for several years and learned t use wood only for roofs and create a bit of ventilation by leaving a gap between a wall and the roof. I hope my tips are as helpful to you as yours were to me. Thank you for your great videos

I love birdhouses and wish I could find more at the thrift shop. I’m wondering if I could use a regular teapot and drill a large hole to make it into a birdhouse. I love how they all turned out. If you have extras you could use the bird feeders y’all ordered and put a nativity scene in at Christmas time and stage it for all sorts of events. Have a great week.
