I booked a flight from Venice to Narita with Qatar Airways, with a stop at Doha. After watching this video I was so happy to have booked with this company, as the economy looks super comfy and stylish compared to other companies and the cost was absolutely lowest. Thank you for this review!
I flew on the A350 from Adelaide last year and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent seat pitch for economy, huge entertainment screens and we were fed meals or snacks about every 4 hours or so. The only downside to flying Qatar is getting onto a 787 to continue on to Europe. Several centimetres less pitch and smaller entertainment screens.
I second your opinion. Have used Qatar Airways twice in the past (long haul journey from MCT-LHR and KUL-LHR) and they never disappoint. 5 star treatment from the crew and 5 atar meals as well. Kudos and mabrook Qatar!
Only on Qatar and Singapore airlines have I experienced true class, where they actually care and want to give customers the most memorable experience of the airline. It’s one of the few airlines where you see the staff proud to be representing the brand.
It's true. I ready flught 4 time from Los Angeles to Doha, and back. I liked everything food, clean, light, crow very friendly and helpful, praisefor the ticket not expansive... I recommend everyone ❤

Always amazes me how polite they continue to be despite the length of the flights. I have recently flown in the Qatar A350, also agree with you about the comfort and standards in economy class. The seats are more comfortable than in the 787 dreamliner.

I flew Qatar in February 2017 on the same route - Adelaide to Doha in Economy :) then flew on to Edinburgh. We managed to get a row of 3 seats to ourselves!!
Thanks Dennis for a very helpful review. I am considering a QATAR economy flight and this confirms what I had hoped. Just a technical point though, the 'overall air pressure is lower' comment is not quite accurate. The cabin altitude is lower because the A350 and B787 can maintain a higher air pressure in the cabin. Instead of being at an equivalent of 8,000' cabin altitude where the air pressure is lower, the A350 and B787 can maintain the cabin altitude at 6,000' which means more oxygen is available to breathe. Added to that, the composite airframe construction of these aeroplanes allows a higher humidity in the cabin without causing a corrosion problem for the airframe and so you don't dehydrate as fast.
I went on the Qatar Airways, from Sydney to Doha. And I was in continuous discomfort because of my height. (I am 190m) I could barely sleep, otherwise the flight was great. Great review Dennis.
I flew with Qatar on Canberra-Sydney-Doha the Doha-Amsterdam. Well over 15 hours on Boeing 777. I agree with Dennis. Great service, comfortable flight.
I have flown on all three longhaul;UK to Australia,several times and I have found that overall Qatar has been consistently good overall.Would certainly reccomend to first timers who are trying to decide which

I traveled on Qatar Airways A350 in 2017 (Doha to London Heathrow) and absolutely hated it (despite being a regular economy class traveler). People were looking for excuses to get up from their seats around me so it wasn't just me. Looking at so many good reviews I'm giving them another shot, hope it is better this time!

It an amazing airliner, that is why I to have chosen to fly Qatar, as a matter of fact I will be flying tomorrow all the way to the Philippines on Qatar.

Fantastic review. I prefer to save my money for my trip, than to spend loads on a business class seat. I’ll pay for an extra for an exit row seat, but that’s it.
I normally fly Emirates Tourist and/or Business class to go to ADL from MAD. My next trip to ADL hopefully in January 2020 will be with Qatar in Tourist Class. Thank you.

Great video and information, Thanks, as it has made me decide now I will not be flying with Qatar as comfort in long flights flying economy is hugely important to me and my family as we are are all tall and leg room and foot rest plays an important role in long flights. It is such a pity that they don't allow that extra 1" - 2" leg room in economy class .

Best economy for me: Thai Airways Food: Two hot meals on all Europe/Aussie/NZ flights ex bangkok. One hot meal and one hot snack on Japan/Perth/Korea flights. Tasty meals and you can always ask for extra. Drinks: Spirits, Wine, beer and all soft drinks free of charge. Three choices of tea (oolong, sencha and Ceylon builder’s tea) Crew: absolutely friendly and super interactive. Very active and never hesitated to help (90% of the time) Seat: Plenty of legroom (ESPECIALLY ON 747) footrest provided, entertainment screen, pretty standard. Baggage allowance: unlimited number of pieces, 30KG limit. Airport experience: generally pretty good. Why I prefer them, my special Star gold treatment: Biz class check in Biz class lounge and fast track if available Extra legroom seats Food served first Crew greet you by name Priority and extra baggage Upgrade on some flights I love Thai, smooth as silk.

I think that travelling on this flight in Qsuite would be a dream... so comfortable and absolutely amazing to get a full night’s sleep!

Just took Qatar Bos- DOH-BNE and back over the 2022 Christmas holidays. A wonderful experience with Qatar and the A350 all around.

I’m due to fly economy on a Qatar A350 soon, so this video was very helpful in letting me know what to expect. It does look a very inviting cabin.
