Elegg is a decent buffer to any 'distributed damage' skill like Dorothy's and ScarletBS's. Her personality is great too.
If you feel stuck, try bond stories. I recommend Rapi and Anis. Rapi is about Nikke's life in the Ark and Anis is about Ark society. If you don't want to use gifts on them, there are very good dub versions on CZcams for both.
