No. Its not a prophecy. It was history. The verse start with the word ghuliba. In arab grammar. It shows the verb which is past tense. Ghuliba literally mean "has been defeated". Ghulibatu ar-rum means "rome that has been defeated". There is a long explaination about this kind of arab grammar, but i am not gonna cover the whole thing. Well thats only my oppinion and argument. I have to say that many of those “prophecies” don’t say what some people want them to mean. I believe the Quran is the word of God but we need to read the text in its proper context and in light of how people understood it.

I'm a Muslim and all that he said is taken out of context. I truly believe he made this video with the intent to slander Islam, because it's very easy to find true prophecies from the Qur'an. Basically no Muslim believes those are prophecies, because if you read the verses, it's clearly talking about something else and they mostly don't even make sense in the context he's trying to bring. He makes it seem like Muslims believe that and are just reaching out to whatever they can find, when there are tons of prophecies in the Qur'an that have been fulfilled and still will be.

He misinterprets many things in the sense that they aren't even prophecies in the way he thinks they are. The only one he correctly even approaches (the one about Israel) could arguably have been already fulfilled a long long time ago with the Islamic control over the region fostering the growth of the Jewish population (especially during the Ottoman times)

It was then that I discovered there had been so much dispute over the Koran early in its history that an official edict established one standard Koran and ordered all the rest destroyed (Sahih Bukhari 6:61:509-510). There was no occasion for the Bible to have been officially altered throughout Christendom, but there was certainly occasion for the Koran to have been modified throughout the House of Islam, and records remain of old variants that testify to former versions.  While discussing the Bible and the Koran, I also challenged David on the divine authority of Jesus. He responded to my points, but he also challenged me to contrast my arguments with a case for the authority of Muhammad. It was then that I realised my standards for criticising the origins of Christianity would raze the foundations of Islam if I applied them consistently. Though I doubted the reliability of the Gospels, written in the lifetime of Jesus’ disciples, the entire edifice of the Sirah (various traditional Muslim biographies of Muhammad) rested on accounts from 150-250 years after his death. The earliest account of Muhammad’s life is only known to us because one devout Muslim preserved it, and he uses no uncertain words to say that what he received contained fabrications and false reports (Ibn Hisham, who edited Ibn Ishaq’s Sirah Rasul Allah). By contrast, the case for Jesus’ death, deity and resurrection was very strong, built on early records that were most coherently explained by orthodox Christian positions. It was through this contrast that matters became clear. YOUNG MEN WHO ZEALOUSLY CHAMPION ISLAM REMIND ME OF MY YOUNGER SELF THE CASE FOR CRUCIFIXION While still contemplating these issues as a Muslim, I attended a debate between a Christian called Michael Licona and a Muslim called Shabir Ally on the topic of Jesus’ resurrection. A trend in Ally’s thinking emerged through the course of the debate, and what I saw shook me. Multiple ancient sources report Jesus’ death by crucifixion, including Jewish, Gentile, and Christian records. These reports are so numerous and the surrounding circumstances so clear that even atheist and agnostic scholars say Jesus’ crucifixion is among the surest facts of history. But with excessive scepticism, one can deny anything. Ally advanced the koranic view of Jesus: that, despite all the reports, Jesus did not die by crucifixion. But what reason is there to stand by the koranic claims about Jesus when all the other records disagree? The Koran was written 600 years after Jesus and 600 miles away. The only reason to believe the Koran is an a priori faith in Islam. That is why only Muslim scholars deny Jesus’ death by crucifixion. Ally was very sceptical with the Christian case but not nearly as critical of the Islamic perspective. No contrast, just one-sided criticism. REACHING MUSLIMS TODAY That was 2004, and I continue to see the same trend among proselytising Muslims today: constant criticism of Christianity in the face of rather uncritical acceptance of Islam. I see many young men zealously championing Islam, and they remind me endearingly and dishearteningly of my younger self. I see them as sincere, honest, devout young men who usually haven’t seen an equal treatment of these two faiths. Is there no one to befriend them, as David befriended me? Is anyone praying for them, as David’s church prayed for me? Is anyone loving them as Jesus would, with both compassion and truth? Through dialogue, these young men, precious to God, might come to see that the Christian view of Jesus is much earlier, more coherent, and better evidenced than the Muslim view of Jesus. They might come to see that Islam is built on much weaker foundations than Christianity. In turn, they might stop leading people away from Jesus and instead become evangelists for the gospel. It happened to me, and it can happen to them.

I appreciate the effort you have made for this video, but as a muslim, I have to disagree with this approach, mainly due to two reasons: 1) When you want to interpret the any verse in the Quran, you need to be fair with it. Being fair means you need to try your best to understand its original context, not just the text. The easiest way to do this is by understanding the meaning of the verse(s) before it, and the verse(s) after it. Then if you want to understand more, find the tafseer which compile all the stories especially on the revelation of that particular verse. After you understand the verse on its original context, then you may looks for another kind of interpretation (like relate it with science or technology or math). There is nothing wrong about this, this is also the reason why you find a single verse have lots of interpretations by lots of scholars. The most important thing is to get the meaning on its original context first. 2) Quran does tell in certain ways on what happen in the 'future' (afterlife etc) but if you focus on finding prophecies in Quran you might overlook other important stuff. Quran could give you right answers or lead you to right answers depending on your questions, so perhaps the right questions for everyone is what is their purpose in this life. Anyway I don't like being serious towards a youtube video, and I am not an expert in this Quran study. I am just sharing my understanding here so I hope it is beneficial.

Ron M This verse was revealed when some people doubted that how Allah will make us the same and would collect our bones at the day of resurrection when we die and turn into bones, so this verse and some other verses before it was revealed, now in this verse Allah specifically talks about the tip of finger other than any other part of the body because now we know that no two human being can have the same fingerprints and Allah says even I can put in perfect order the tips of his ( the one who died and turned into bones) fingers.

8:07, those verses were talking about the ancient times wherein parents would be disappointed if they gave birth to a female, so they would bury all girl infants alive. Allah is asking the infants why were they killed, what did they do to be killed. Islam, however, completely banned that specific ideology.
There is another prophecy in the verse used for prophecy number 2 . It says ," They will slit the ears of cattle." And now a days cattles are tagged by making holes into their ears.
Yes it does but not in Quran as far as I know but the Hadith or saying if Prophet Muhammed (pbuh). Check the Al Bukhaari 4635 - "The hour will not begin until the sun rises from its place of setting ...." which means it has to revolve from the opposite direction.

I'm a Muslim and I take issue with several of these "miracles". The verses taken as evidence are brought vastly out of context. A lot of them are describing events that are to happen in the Day of Judgement, such as the gathering of animals, the testimony of skin, and the abandonment of the she-camels, and are not describing things that are happening now.
Doing interpretation on single, common & short verse of Quran without referring other verses, hadith sahih & exegesis of majority scholar is not good way.

No. Its not a prophecy. It was history. The verse start with the word ghuliba. In arab grammar. It shows the verb which is past tense. Ghuliba literally mean "has been defeated". Ghulibatu ar-rum means "rome that has been defeated". There is a long explaination about this kind of arab grammar, but i am not gonna cover the whole thing. Well thats only my oppinion and argument. The evidence that Islam is the religion of all the prophets is the close convergence between the teachings of the three heavenly messages and the teachings of Moses, Jesus and Muhammad, peace be upon them, which proves the unity of the source.

I'm a Muslim and all that he said is taken out of context. I truly believe he made this video with the intent to slander Islam, because it's very easy to find true prophecies from the Qur'an.
Basically no Muslim believes those are prophecies, because if you read the verses, it's clearly talking about something else and they mostly don't even make sense in the context he's trying to bring. He misinterprets many things in the sense that they aren't even prophecies in the way he thinks they are. the verse you have quoted @1:59 is from the 81st chapter of the Quran and consists of 29 verses. Revealed in Makkah, this chapter is divided into two main parts which discuss important topics like the Day of Judgment, including signs of the end of the world and Resurrection , as well as going into a brief discussion of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his household), some attributes of the Quran and attributes of Gabriel. In the end it also touches upon the important issue of free will and Divine will.

It can work both ways, many people have used Quranic verses to both validate and oppose Islam, which is case in point the Qur'an can be interpreted in many ways and only God knows best.

As a young Muslim in the West, our community very intentionally defended me against Christianity, the majority religion. The first verses of the Koran that I and the other young children at our mosque memorised proclaimed that God is neither Father nor Son (based on Surah 112:3).
Traditions informed us that this teaching makes up a third of the Koran (Sahih Muslim 812), so we recited it every day. By the age of six, I had recited, ‘God is not a Father, God is not a Son’ thousands of times. It is no wonder I became a bold opponent of the Trinity.
We were also taught that Muhammad was God’s greatest messenger; the most perfect man who ever lived. We learnt the story of his life and did our utmost to follow it. We emulated him to such a degree that we even attempted to walk into the lavatory the way he did. The reverence we accorded him was barely secondary to our reverence for Allah.
Although Islam teaches that the Bible and the Koran originated from God, we were effectively instructed that they were polar opposites: the Bible has been polluted, the Koran remains pristine; the Bible is partially the word of man, the Koran is purely the word of God; the Bible contains contradictions, the Koran is completely coherent; the Bible leads to confusion, the Koran leads to life.
So, as a young Muslim I ardently called others to the way of Islam. I was certain of its truth. My confidence in Islam translated into zeal for Allah, Muhammad, the Koran and sharia. But contrast is the mother of clarity.
DOUBTING THE KORAN
I met a young Christian named David, and we quickly became firm friends due to our common morals and devotion. The time came when I challenged him on the reliability of the Bible, and I had finally met someone who was equipped to defend his faith.
Ultimately, he challenged me to contrast the history of the Bible with that of the Koran. It was then that I discovered there had been so much dispute over the Koran early in its history that an official edict established one standard Koran and ordered all the rest destroyed (Sahih Bukhari 6:61:509-510). There was no occasion for the Bible to have been officially altered throughout Christendom, but there was certainly occasion for the Koran to have been modified throughout the House of Islam, and records remain of old variants that testify to former versions.

While discussing the Bible and the Koran, I also challenged David on the divine authority of Jesus. He responded to my points, but he also challenged me to contrast my arguments with a case for the authority of Muhammad. It was then that I realised my standards for criticising the origins of Christianity would raze the foundations of Islam if I applied them consistently.
Though I doubted the reliability of the Gospels, written in the lifetime of Jesus’ disciples, the entire edifice of the Sirah (various traditional Muslim biographies of Muhammad) rested on accounts from 150-250 years after his death. The earliest account of Muhammad’s life is only known to us because one devout Muslim preserved it, and he uses no uncertain words to say that what he received contained fabrications and false reports (Ibn Hisham, who edited Ibn Ishaq’s Sirah Rasul Allah).
By contrast, the case for Jesus’ death, deity and resurrection was very strong, built on early records that were most coherently explained by orthodox Christian positions. It was through this contrast that matters became clear.
YOUNG MEN WHO ZEALOUSLY CHAMPION ISLAM REMIND ME OF MY YOUNGER SELF
THE CASE FOR CRUCIFIXION
While still contemplating these issues as a Muslim, I attended a debate between a Christian called Michael Licona and a Muslim called Shabir Ally on the topic of Jesus’ resurrection. A trend in Ally’s thinking emerged through the course of the debate, and what I saw shook me.
Multiple ancient sources report Jesus’ death by crucifixion, including Jewish, Gentile, and Christian records. These reports are so numerous and the surrounding circumstances so clear that even atheist and agnostic scholars say Jesus’ crucifixion is among the surest facts of history. But with excessive scepticism, one can deny anything. Ally advanced the koranic view of Jesus: that, despite all the reports, Jesus did not die by crucifixion.
But what reason is there to stand by the koranic claims about Jesus when all the other records disagree? The Koran was written 600 years after Jesus and 600 miles away. The only reason to believe the Koran is an a priori faith in Islam. That is why only Muslim scholars deny Jesus’ death by crucifixion. Ally was very sceptical with the Christian case but not nearly as critical of the Islamic perspective. No contrast, just one-sided criticism.
REACHING MUSLIMS TODAY
That was 2004, and I continue to see the same trend among proselytising Muslims today: constant criticism of Christianity in the face of rather uncritical acceptance of Islam. I see many young men zealously championing Islam, and they remind me endearingly and dishearteningly of my younger self. I see them as sincere, honest, devout young men who usually haven’t seen an equal treatment of these two faiths.
Is there no one to befriend them, as David befriended me? Is anyone praying for them, as David’s church prayed for me? Is anyone loving them as Jesus would, with both compassion and truth?
Through dialogue, these young men, precious to God, might come to see that the Christian view of Jesus is much earlier, more coherent, and better evidenced than the Muslim view of Jesus. They might come to see that Islam is built on much weaker foundations than Christianity. In turn, they might stop leading people away from Jesus and instead become evangelists for the gospel. It happened to me, and it can happen to them.

but regarding the Israʼiliyyat..they were classified into three categories
1-Those considered to be true because the revelation to Muhammad confirms them.
2-Those considered to be false because the revelation to Muhammad rejects them.
3-Those not known to be either true or false.
the 3rd ones we nether believe nor disbelieve them.

I appreciate the effort you have made for this video, but as a muslim, I have to disagree with this approach, mainly due to two reasons:
1) When you want to interpret the any verse in the Quran, you need to be fair with it. Being fair means you need to try your best to understand its original context, not just the text. The easiest way to do this is by understanding the meaning of the verse(s) before it, and the verse(s) after it. Then if you want to understand more, find the tafseer which compile all the stories especially on the revelation of that particular verse.
After you understand the verse on its original context, then you may looks for another kind of interpretation (like relate it with science or technology or math). There is nothing wrong about this, this is also the reason why you find a single verse have lots of interpretations by lots of scholars. The most important thing is to get the meaning on its original context first.
2) Quran does tell in certain ways on what happen in the 'future' (afterlife etc) but if you focus on finding prophecies in Quran you might overlook other important stuff. Quran could give you right answers or lead you to right answers depending on your questions, so perhaps the right questions for everyone is what is their purpose in this life.
Anyway I don't like being serious towards a youtube video, and I am not an expert in this Quran study. I am just sharing my understanding here so I hope it is beneficial.

I agree, for example the first prophecy he mentioned in which your skin testifies against you; I believe, according to context and according to what my family tells me, that the meaning of that verse is that on judgement day your skin will actually speak and testify for the sins you've done, nothing related to fingerprints, like the word "speak" has been mentioned in the verse
I agree also, these verses are being forced into meaning something they really don't say. As if the God of all reality could not clearly state a future event. But we are also supposed to have freewill so having a set future doesn't make sense. A God would be able to give facts about the world that were not known, like everything is made of atoms.

3:18 it's not about communication system it means " And when the souls are paired with their bodies" the surah's name is “Al-Takwir” which means “the pelletizing" and it talks about the Day of Resurrection, the Day of the Hereafter and what will happen

This verse was revealed when some people doubted that how Allah will make us the same and would collect our bones at the day of resurrection when we die and turn into bones, so this verse and some other verses before it was revealed, now in this verse Allah specifically talks about the tip of finger other than any other part of the body because now we know that no two human being can have the same fingerprints and Allah says even I can put in perfect order the tips of his ( the one who died and turned into bones) fingers.

dumb to me, so you mean you want Allah to have mentioned exactly the name ( fingerprint). Mentioning fingertips shows that he has emphasized something which is known to play the most important role in a person’s identification. He emphasized that he can even remake something which is not even the same in two people.

Can you show me any of the big schoolars, the Quran interpretators, Hadith of Mohammed or Tafsir of ibn Kathir or Al Jalalayn or ibn Abbas or al qurtubi which interpretated this verse in this way?

8:07, those verses were talking about the ancient times wherein parents would be disappointed if they gave birth to a female, so they would bury all girl infants alive. Allah is asking the infants why were they killed, what did they do to be killed. Islam, however, completely banned that specific ideology.

There is another prophecy in the verse used for prophecy number 2 . It says ," They will slit the ears of cattle." And now a days cattles are tagged by making holes into their ears.

Yes it does but not in Quran as far as I know but the Hadith or saying if Prophet Muhammed (pbuh). Check the Al Bukhaari 4635 - "The hour will not begin until the sun rises from its place of setting ...." which means it has to revolve from the opposite direction.

I'm a Muslim and I take issue with several of these "miracles". The verses taken as evidence are brought vastly out of context. A lot of them are describing events that are to happen in the Day of Judgement, such as the gathering of animals, the testimony of skin, and the abandonment of the she-camels, and are not describing things that are happening now.
