3 dodge moves that are not super hard but all of the top players use these to get the highest percentage of scoring a goal.
Today all of the offensive lacrosse players are going to be really excited. What I see a lot in younger players and even high school players don't really set the defender up. You really want to manipulate the defender in a way that's going to give you the highest percentage chance to score.
These 3 dodge moves are not super hard but all the top players use them.
    Here are the 3 drills:
    1. Stutter Step - Basically this is just changing direction getting your defender to bite so that You're putting him away from where you want to go so you can get a high percentage shot.
    2. Head or Stick Fake - With a simple flick of your head or your hands you can move the defender out of your way to give yourself a clear path to the goal.
    3. Alley Roll Back - You're getting the defender to over commit so that you can take the middle of the field.

My favorite techniques is "Take a Hit, Take Control'. First bait the defender into initiating a hit. Here the offensive player expects the hit and takes it in stride and maintains his balance while the defensive player may lose control as he lunges. This momentary loss of control by the defensive player is all the offensive player needs to step around the defense man or to execute a smart pass to a teamwork or to launch an unexpected shot.

Alex D also in a real lacrosse situation your not gonna see defenders just letting you have access to the side of them or defending to the side. Of course they’re will be more defenders but usually defense wants to steer offense out of goalie zone
