Come on guys. In pitch black even that small lights gets the job done. You can even see the seconds. And if the light is not good enough then it means you're probably not in pitch black and don't need it anyway. Cheers!

I got one for under $17 on Amazon and wear it everyday painting cars. I like the old scool light, but the blue is so bright, it functions as a flashlight

I have my F105 since 2022 and my particular one is incredibly accurate (+8 seconds in almost 2 years) which puts all my gshocks to shame

My friend gave me one for my birthday when I turned 12 wore it everyday then I accidentally broke the display. It cracked and still continued working, I eventually lost it. 😢

F91 is the best desain
I actually use the newer version of the illuminator which looks like a mini G-Shock.
Truth is no ones gonna hesitate to spend the extra few dollars to get one of the thousand better offerings that casio has. But an f91-w's appeal is its iconic status and history that none of these other watches have

Nice watch but I found it a bit bulky like my g shock.
The f91 are expensive here and couldn't find them nearly anywhere in stock. F105 are cheaper but it's missing the vibe.
unfortunately Casio has now discontinue the electro luminescence for its new affordable watches.

The F105's display is kind of cloudy. It isn't nearly as clear as the F91's.
The F 105 is way more expensive than the f 91w almost 20 dollars

I don't think anyone really cares what watch you wear anymore unless it's a very traditional/conservative enviornment
In daylight F105 has a duller, grainer display than F91. After a while this starts to get really annoying. If you can live with the bad light, the F91 is better imo. I do own both. 😊
Just the slight color change makes it 10x more appealing to me. Still retro and charmingly ugly, but just a tiny bit sleekrr

Not at all? There are occasions when looking at time on your wrist is far more comfortable than reaching, pulling out, unlocking your phone just to look at the time. And more importantly, looking time on your phone definitely doesn't make you smile like looking at time on your favourite watch.
