Hi my name is Lilly and I am an American expat living on the island of Koh Samui in the gulf of Thailand for the last 9 years. My husband is Thai and his name is Wat. We have two boys named Luke and Leon and a new baby girl named Lyla. Nam is our Nanny and she is like family to us. She is from Myanmar and has worked for us for over 7 years.

Here in the Philippines when the covid strike so much , it helps to drink ginger tea just boil the ginger and put a little honey and drink ir while its hot. You are lucky to hsve a nanny like nam she is so loving ang she cares so much to your kids.

Thank you for a wonderful video. Be careful with Leon and those magnet balls a little girl here in Australia swallowed 8. The parents were told they were lucky they realised early, because if the balls had made it into her bowel the situation would have been much more serious. The magnets were still in her stomach and able to be removed with a camera inserted down her throat.

I use the lemon juice in warm water with a little honey and the lemon peels I blend in a vita mix blender with water and honey or monk fruit and it is great for your health and takes good too! Love your REAL life in Thailand ~ thank you Lilly and your beautiful family!

Simple life expat living in a beautiful island . 🏝 I keep seeing Foreigners pairing up with Thai men or women. More couple are vlogging about their life in Thailand . I only subscribe to this channel . I can relate to both of you and Watt . I'm half Filipino and my mom is Irish and African American. We moved in the Philippines right next to beach in Palawan Island. My wife is Irish she's a Veterinarian here in Palawan . We have our Vet clinic and a bar and restaurant. I'm a master diver . I run a diving school course.

I have watched many CZcams videos of many CZcamsrs, but I never subscribe their channel. But your VDO and the content feel so real. All the smiles and people family really keep me watching them all and had to subscribe your channel. You never complain or whinge about anything at all. Lilly you should create a channel for Nam like "Nam's daily life". Just make short video of her daily activities and let her speak Burmese with English subtitles. There are millions of Burmese immigrants labours in Thailand. Just an advice.

I love the dish Nam made with the lemons and scrimps! I myself use to cut whole lemons, add some turmeric, ginger, garlic, a tiny little bit of water and some honey, mix it all in the blender and keep it in the fridge. So I can eat abt. half tablespoon each day and swallow it with water. It lasts a long time due to the honey! It is said to keep the arteria clean.👍

Nam is an inventor 🤣😋 I suppose shrimp paste smells similar as fish sauce,but it gives umami👍
I personally use fish sauce from Thailand and it really gives that special something to some dishes.👌
When you were talking about prices, believe me it's same in Europe,even worse,my electricity bill used to be around 40,50 €,now is 100€. I am Croatian and live there 😍

Magnets can cause a lot of damage in a child's GI tract and can twist intestines, causing bowel ulcerations, intestinal damage, perforations, blood poisoning and even death. It can be even more life-threatening if your child swallows more than one magnet.
