This is Enlightenment propaganda, the "dark ages" is a myth, it was just the early middle ages where we don't have a lot of sources on the time period so a lot is shrouded in mystery. There was an intermingling of church and state but this wasn't bad for the people, it only hurt the church which had the nobility using it as its chessboard sort of.
No, the Dark Ages is called "The Dark Ages" because so little is known about that era due to the lack of any kind of records. Politics has always invaded religions, any religions actually so that's nothing new. Also the Middle Ages isn't the Dark Ages. They are two separate eras.

They are also forgetting that only a tiny minority of human beings are bad and they are larger amounts of people who are very kind and moral. The Book of Enoch is an interesting read from what I am told but it contradicts many scriptures of the prophets I am told. Admittedly I do not know first hand. I have been told this is why it is not part of our current Bible.

I've heard of the exorcism process. Apparently, the priests that conduct such practices are forced to study areas of psychology and study the scientific process in order to avoid messing up situations with schizophrenia.
I know of a man who was set free from schizophrenia, and he says that the 'illness' is 100% demonic in origin.

One of the first tests that I noticed is a home visit, interview, then say a prayer. Then the priest can write a report on that part.

As has been documented many times in history, contact with remote peoples puts those people in danger of catching something they have zero immunity to whereas we are completely unharmed. Whenever explorers or missionaries travelled to such places and peoples, they risked putting those people in harms way as well as putting themselves in harms way to something they weren’t immune to. It was not done on purpose since back then it wasn’t known that such harm could be caused.
The true form of the angels are a lot scarier as we imagined, but despite that. They look cool, scary and cool.

All that science has discovered can be reinforced by Christians and their beliefs, humans came from monkeys, well it said that all creatures and man came from the dust of the earth thus we all came from the same place. The Big Bang, well in the beginning it says God commanded “Let there be light”, explaining that the big bang was the response to the command. The differences in Earths history from the recording of the Bible to the believed discovery of the age of the Earth, as one of my science professors says as he claims most believe philosophical science an embarrassment to the scientific community; well it claims Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden for a period we don’t know, so when they left millennia upon millennia may have passed. Nobody can claim what is real and those that do only show how foolish they are as they can never truly prove it.

An author called Paul Wallis whom was employed by the Anglican Church to teach & study said ancient scriptures for decades slowly questioned the translations of the Hebrew texts that make up Bible passages & has very interesting interpretations concerning the chapters of Genesis & Ezekiel in his book Escape From Eden. 👍

The reason why when we sometimes kinda see 'angels' the reason why they say " do not be afraid" is because they have many, many eye surrounding them
Another reason why angels say "Do not be afraid" is because anyone we be scared at first if they saw a winged humanoid randomly appear in their house.
Also, the first people to see angels had no idea what angels would look like, so when they saw angels they probably didn't at first realize that they were angels.

You can't blame a homocidal mother on the church practice of exorcism. What she was doing was not an exorcism, which has very specific rules, and can only be done by a priest.
A friend of mine who is a Hebrew scholar has access to this vault. He gained access while in his early 40s. Through his work he discovered the proper pronunciation of the Hebrew name of YHVH. Concerning Cherubim and Seraphim and Angels. According to the first two, there are only two of each and they are as Ezekiel describes. Angels on the other hand are different - more human-like. Angels do not have wings. In the medieval world they were presented having wings because how else would the descend and ascend between heaven and earth? But in reality, the are without feathers.

I disagree. I had a visitation from archangel Michael and although he didn't have what I would describe as feather wings he had light/plasma looking wings and an illuminated body. He also would speak for a time on my portal spirit box and since spirits have on occasion mentioned his presence with trepidation and sometimes glee, but as a paranormal investigator and psychic medium who has done many demonic deliverances and been involved in exorcisms ... most of the spirits that pop up are not friendly. Michael helped with some of those cases. You may not believe but then again how would you know what angels look like? Spirits, including demons, which I've also seen, can appear as they want us to see them as or as they want to be seen as. The demons I've seen look more like trolls or the old dracula Nosferatu.

The Ezekial episode was described in an article in Astounding. UFOs and aliens in space suits can easily fit in this account.
In Ezekiel chapter 1, the 'cherubs' you talk about were actually described as 'creatures.' When looking, I could not find the word 'cherub' anywhere.
Most predenominational churches will refer the afflicted to psychiatric care first and ask that they receive treatment for that before the exorcism.

The money scamming even happen here in Quebec. Priest were asking money for the church, poor family give them the most they were able too, even if this money was more important to them than the church, because after priest were having cadillac, and talking about it was consider ''wrong''. Religion is a belief, and having power with only belief can go wrong pretty fast.
The people were giving to God out of faith so they benefit from it. But the Priest was not giving to God so he will not benefit from stealing from God.

If God gave us money just because we wanted it or for our pleasure we would not be thankful and we would become greedy. We give to God because he loves us, gave us life, this earth and everything we have. God gives us what we need not what we want when we want it.
