I was shaking the whole time the first time I drove by myself after I got my license on my way to work the next morning even though it was 5 mins down the road lmao now I’m just going everywhere I’m just like “alright I’m leaving” like find me if you can.

Driving alone for the first time is the best feeling in the world but it's also kinda scary!
I know right I've had my license for 20 years. I love driving alone to clear my mind
I am age 41. I passed my road test on Friday, April 22nd and I felt so happy I could do a cartwheel. I reside in NJ. I will receive my probationary auto license in the mail within two weeks. I got an interim license this past Friday from the DMV. Go Esha!

Congrats! Fear and nerves can be beat by Confidence. Tip: When driving in heavy traffic in a downpour where visibility is very poor slow your speed by taking foot off gas, then leave plenty of room in front of your car and turn on your emergency flasher(do not stop look for a off ramp or parking lot to wait out rain) never be in a hurry while driving in rain. Do Not EVER worry about the guy behind you, by using your flashers you are helping him out. If any rain lights on car should come on when wipers come on. Practice driving in empty parking lot in rain so you can see first hand the experience. Be a defensive driver expect the unexpected, when driving thru neighborhoods do the speed limits and expect kids on porches to run out in the street and between cars. They do not think first they act first. Be in control, alert and confident, you got this!👩🏽❤️👍
In Florida, it’s illegal to drive with hazards on in the rain. It’s distracting, unsafe and illegal in her state :)
Ericarules 101 Screw the state law I am going to do it so I don’t wind up dead or being rear ended before I get off the road. It saved my life once in Richmond Va when a storm came thru with an unbelievable downpour we couldn’t see the car in front. The smart ones put on flashers which slowed traffic without stopping and causing accidents. I am not suggesting this in regular rain. You live and die with choices, I would rather pay a fine with a 1% chance of a ticket.

Getting your license in the US is literally so easy! Here in Austria you have to take a test for what you have to study 3000 questions. Any of them could be asked. In the Test you have to get more than 80% otherwise you fail. Also you didn’t mention it in the video but I’ve heard that the license is like super cheap . Here in Austria it costs 2000 euros ! 😱 Crazy how many differences there are

SAME HERE IN SPAIN. We can't take classes with our family, so we have to pay for each class more or less 36$ for 45 min of class. Most people have to take 30 classes and it is really difficult to make it in the first try. Also, most cars are manual cars. Not like USA. So we also have to learn how to use the manual transmission.
And they drive automatics in the US so it makes sense for 16 year olds to drive. While most of us in europe drive manual and have to be 18 before getting our license and so strict examiners
Lol my driving test was only 3 stop signs and cones and it was a closed course test. Took me 5 minutes to pass and it only costs 27 bucks if your over 18. 300 bucks for driving school if your under 18 which is only 24 hours in class and 8 hours behind the wheel training it’s easy as f*ck.
I’m not ashamed to say I’m 24 and am getting my drivers license this year. I’ve been practicing a whole month or two and I past my permit test just practicing more on the driving part 🥰 watching this makes me so confident that I’m going to pass my driving test next month 😇

@@summerbrown514 my tips on getting your license: all I did was read and study the handbook. Then after take practice tests online and then lastly practice driving with an experienced driver like your parent or guardian. It took me about a month of none stop studying. And when you learn how to drive practice parking first and use the car you’ve been practicing driving. It took me two tries on both the written test and driving test but I made it and so can you. 🙏😜🙏🏾 #Believeinyourself #Yougotdis 💪🏾🦋

Got my license 2 days ago. The test was extremely easy, probably because I wasn't nervous at all. The first time driving on my own was amazing, and my driving improved by 200% when I was alone. It's such a freedom to have a license

I was in my late 20’s in getting my license. I even got a car 2 months before the test. I failed the first test by a couple points but, passed the 2nd time. I did pretty good in driving the first time around the town. The lady that took me out both times was very sweet and friendly to me. I have been driving myself for a little bit over 22 years. I was so nervous in driving on 2 lanes of traffic in the beginning. It took me a year and a half of driving. My 1st car was a 1998 Ford Contour SE. It had all the features that I wanted in the first car. My 2nd cat was a little bit an upgrade from the 1st one. My second car had a 6 disc CD player inside. That car was a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5 SES which it was the highest model. It was the 1st car with a remote to the radio and the CD player had.The next one was a 2011 Mercury Milan in silver grey and the next vehicle was in the same color was a 2015 Ford Escape. My newest vehicle that I finally got is a 2020 Ford Escape SE in black. I have it already a couple days ago so far. My favorite thing in it is the touch screen for the radio, satellite, BT, and even Apple Car Play.

@@user-qb8dg3vu2h it’s honestly no rush, but my parents often can’t drop or pick me places so that’s why i got it bc scheduling things(clubs, work, volunteering, etc) got very difficult as i had to work around their schedule or sometimes smth came up for them last minute and i had to wait around for like an hour to get picked up or i have to find a ride last minute. that’s why i got my license, but if they don’t even let me use it, what’s the point?
I failed my drivers test twice, but on the third try, I passed!😆I was so excited and will never forget that day. I remember studying so so hard cause I wanted it bad enough. I can memorize things so fast and easily and I’m grateful I have that bc I think it helped me to remember the signs on the computer test. I’m 23 and have my drivers license but I haven’t driven alone yet. I think it’s cause I never really thought about driving alone even thought I have my license. Also bc I think my mom just isn’t ready for me 2 drive by myself yet. Which, i understand. I need more practice, but I cannot wait till I can drive alone just to experience what that’s like for the first time. Then I’ll b able 2 do keep doing it once I get better at driving. I honestly can’t wait!

I'm in Minnesota and just finished my last Driving lesson and about to schedule a road test in Plymouth DMV, there are a lot of road test DMV's with the built in road course with parking and stop lights. So hyped to take the test and pass, and it's funny cause when I was 14, I used to drive in the driver's seat with my mom and we used to drove on backroads and luckily, no cops cared so we never got in trouble lol

When I hear her talking about how you got your license, I just can't believe how easy it is in america...
Here In Belgium, first you have to pass a pretty hard theoretical exam where you need to have at least 82%. Then your practical exam, they examine you for like an hour, you have to do 4 fkn loopings, drive 2 minutes with your eyes closed, 5 minutes with your feet, then take off with your car, do a triple barrel roll and land it again. If you make a single mistake, you probably fail.
Then I hear her say, the examiner wasn't in the car, you drove for 10 minutes and you didn't drive on the actual road.

Tbh, traffic in Belgium is way busier so I think it's normal that it's harder to get your license, don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining.
