Friends is my favourite TV show, I watch it all the time and still laugh as if it's the first time I've seen it!
Friends has always been a constant comfort to me, I watched it growing up. I watched it when I was happy, or when I was sad or when I was in pain, and still choose it over other shows today.
When I read the news about Matthew passing, I was deeply saddened, shocked and I cried. Although, I've never met him or known him personally, it feels like I've lost a best friend.
He brought so much joy and laughter to my childhood and has continued to this day as an adult.
We will continue to keep your legacy alive by always quoting you in Friends, watching your films and reading your book and knowing although you struggled a lot yourself, you helped so many others after your recovery.
You will be remembered for so many wonderful things.
Thank you for being there for us.
