- The letter contained a single phrase: "Come, all hands are needed." So Cécile sold her Paris home, brought her hands to Nepal, and built an orphanage. Visit bit.ly/3uj2qNW

What a story! What a great example for all of us!
President Gordon B. Hinckley said, "The work of the world isn't done by extraordinary people it's done by ordinary people who've learned how to work in extraordinary ways." That's Cecile Pelous. She is an inspiration to me that one can make a difference.
she is a very loving and caring mother.
She's my favorite of all the Mormon videos ....
Thank you ! You are an angel on earth!!
What an inspiring lady! Deciding to do something more with her life than be a fashion designer, she followed advice from Mother Theresa and went to Nepal. After selling her home she used the money to provide a home for 79 orphans. Makes me feel like I could do more.

I need to meet Cecile Pelous, but Je Parle francais Tre mal. That's the only sentence I remember from French class, which means I speak French poorly, or bad. I'm not sure if I spelled it right.
J'ai envie de rendre des gens ZEUREUX.

The person who exemplified righteousness best is JESUS, NOT mother Teresa.
Susan Johnston I doubt she was suggesting that. She was most likely referring to humans on earth, not God and Jesus. Mother Theresa was a good person and that's all she was saying. She exoerienced working with her. Not many people have when you consider how many people are in the world.
OK so 1) it's called a ashram; a area where everyone can go but is a Hindu religious area where all are welcome.
2) she's not the only one doing this, it's very common for westerners to try and do something after the VISIT a 3rd world country.
in conclusion this person doesn't know what she's talking about and has taken the a route where she would be glorified for doing the little things she does.
it's sick and repulsive what she's done, exploiting Indians for personal benefit
