Sir please ask the devon trust when are they planning to send cos. My pcc and tb certificate already expired. Been 6 months now. And will they reimburse it as its delayed by the trust.
The trust should inform and update the candidates who are waiting since so long for cos atleast once a month from their side. Plus i am sure many of them the exams are expiring. At the time of interview the things were so fast and they required the references and documents so urgently with pcc and tb testing. But now that its so much delay they should atleast reach out. Thank you for taking the initiative to address our issues. Even Tnai had not till date taken any initiative to arrange a webinar or ask on behalf of the selected candidate waiting for cos.
As we all know the working conditions of private hospital in india mostly after clinical experience we opt to join as clinical instructor. Sir plz ask the this question that the ones who hv more than 2 years already in hospital and all reference given if they can till the time they get cos join as ci. Or do they hv fixed criteria of currently working in hospital. All my documents n reference are submitted.

Hi Mr Madhu. Your providing really informative videos which are updated ones. I hav one question that is really screwing up my mind. I completed my UG Nursing at 2019 and have one year of clinical experience after that. Immediately after my work exp I joined for my PG Nursing and hav 1 year of exp as Tutor also. And now i am doing my OET. Will this be considered as work gap? It would be nice to here from you or the devon team if possible?
I can't see the gap in your work because education they will not count as a gap, but your tutor experience may not be able to provide you the right job, you should consider moving to clinical.
