This is associated with high stress hormones and low thyroid. Working more only fuels the cycle. First I would recommend changing your diet (and I don't mean going even more low carb...you would benefit from easy to digest carbs containing sucrose/fructose and no antinutrients - fruit, fruit juices, honey, maple syrup. If you are very LC, increase them slowly and also decrease fat if you eat plenty of fatty meats, butter or tallow). Sodium lows stress hormones too. Calcium from high quality cow or goat dairy (milk, cheese). Glycin and prolin from grass-fed collagen. No muscle meats in the evening also helps some people with sleep issues.
No blue light and electronics before sleep...and there are some other things but this can be enough for starting.

Cause for me they were not against germany and wanted just to reestablish a monarchie or the old order from 1918. I myself am a little split on the opinion. On the oneside i see them as great people but the problem with their aristocrazy/monarchie was that i think commoner would have lost rights they had and be just peasent as it always was. Schwerin didnt sound bad from were he come but i have to agree he seemed a little suspect for me. Diplomaten Sohn ... so this can often be people that play both side. But like i say a Staufenberg or Rommel seem for me good people with honor.

@@zyklon_music Oh yes of course, they were of the biggest traitors to the Painter and Germany. The interesting thing is that Goring always warned about Rommel but unfortunately the Painter had biases to think he were a great and honorable Man. Yes, of course there were some from the Noble Families who wanted to restore the Monarchy, but the Monarchy had long become irrelevant, and these actions were not only treasonous to Germany but also would only give way to restoring criminal elements that had ambitions to cooperate with the Monarchy. So, unfortunately there was no genuine altruistic measure behind it, it was entirely ego-based and out of jealousy, and particularly because they were also blinded by their religious views, especially religious moralism. There were many other figures who were also Staunch Monarchists, say for example the legendary von Mackensen, nevertheless he would have never tolerated the actions by Stauffenberg, and he was disgusted by the "plot" and called out this National disgrace. Mackensen had too much honor than to use a betrayal tactic to achieve an outcome or restore the Monarchy in such a fashion, since he respected Order and Heirarchy. That being said, there absolutely were many including WIlhelm II himself who were still insistent on the Monarchy, and Wilhelm II up until the point of his death, many times directly or indirectly contacted the Painter to beg him to promise restoration of the Monarchy if at least after the War ends. But that would never of course happen.

When Freemasonry was outlawed in Germany, this created a huge fuss between many of the Princes / Officers and even some Generals. This is why eventually the Painter purged and punished many as time went along.
