Corolla is famous because of its life-long quality history not by Indus Motor robbers and local poorer quality.
I've gone through from this whole interview.. and what I came to know that these notable companies should arrange a considerable training to train these guys who are representatives of such multinational companies

He didn't become CEO immediately after graduation. Also, performance of CEO is measured/assessed by the growth or sales of the product or the company, not the quality. Has toyota indus grown under his management? Has the sales figures increase under his management? Has the revenue increase under his management? Thats what determines CEO's performance. If you are unhappy, other brands are available. Simple as that.
All our childhood we hear from our parents to work hard and you will be rewarded, he had worked hard and he is being rewarded.

Every customer has the right to complain or give suggestions regarding the product but CEOs are not a public servant, customer has no right to question upper management's salaries or perks.

Toyota indus is not forcing you to buy their products. Its a simple demand and supply formula. There is demand for their 'substandard' product.
Just to be fair, they have improved a lot in the recent years. 2007 and previous models from toyota indus were pathetic compared to the offerings in other countries of similar models but later models, especially from 2011 face-lift and onwards, huge improvements were seen.
These CEOs were also once an ordinary employees. And again, CEOs performance is judged by financial performance of the company, not the quality of the product. Thats how companies are run.
Also, just to be clear, Seth and CEO is a completely different thing. Seth owns the business, CEO runs the business.
