this album saved me from suicide in spring 2022, few months after my country was invaded, when most of my friends switched up on me and I felt alone, on top of that I was failing the shit out of art highschool I tried my hardest to get into, it gave me the creativity and inspiration to finish my artworks and complete the semester. It was also my spiritual awakening so it made the solitude more bearable, I've moved on to other music but I literally owe this album my life, so I'll never stop revisiting it. Fire reaction and I love that you share some tidbits about yourself and what you think between the songs!
i still tear up when i hear the part of thee 9 is up after “fear of death and stress” like its just an uncontrollable reaction. i was even listening to it while driving and it happened. i know theres some sort of time in my life linked to this album for me but i barely remember what it was, all i know is that that song is engraved in me i swear lol
The fact that Yung Lean and Bladee are Swedish is what makes their music so good. The way they play with English language is so unique, I've never heard anything like it. At the first glance, they do not seem to be good lyricists (especially Yung Lean), but when you go through their whole discographies and basically all songs since 2012 to this day, it all makes sense. They are the most fun and enjoyable artists to listen to in my opinion, so mature but also childish at the same time. I'm also not a native English speaker and that's why I'm so amazed by their lyrical abilities. If I were to make music, I would love to do it like they do. They are truly blessed with the talent.
Bladee and Ecco2k have been child hood friends even had a punk band when they were younger they have gone under many group names such as shield gang , gravity boys and drain gang used abbreviations such as GTBSG, D-9, SBE, And DG but they have always been a group which consisted of Bladee, Ecco2k , and Thaiboy digital and. Producers yung sherman and white armor
i really like your reactions because you bring more to the table besides just critiquing the songs and giving it a simple ratings you really be giving us life lessons in this 😭💪🔥 u too fire
my favorite album from bladee, no skips, both lyrics and beats are perfect, btw egobaby is my favorite track from this album so i really appreciated how you sang along the lyrics hahaha, amazing as always bro
Thank you soo much 🥹😭 I just try to share i how feel when I listen to the music rather than explaining how a song is bad or good I miss when music was about feelings and not a popularity contests
I fw how much you appreciate the art Scottie! I'm the same way with how the music reminds me of certain times and feelings in my life. When this album came out I was in the middle of a depression in life and this was the soundtrack of bouncing back. One of my favorite things about Bladee's music is how introspective and philosophical it is at times, and playing these songs helps you work through things in your own life. And other songs are just silly and fun and and you can just vibe with. Some of the introspective/philosophical/spiritual Bladee albums I'd recommend reacting to would be Exeter, 333, and Crest (watch in that order). Rap Bladee album: Working on Dying (Produced by F1lthy). EDM Bladee Album: Good Luck. Hype/Happy Bladee: Spiderr. Being depressed while flexing at the mall music: Gluee. Semi-hype but still depressed music: Redlight. IDK man Bladee is so damn prolific all of his albums are amazing to me, been rocking with him since 2014. If I had to recommend what you react to next my vote would be on either Working on Dying or Spiderr. They're both just really fun albums with a lot of energy. Maybe after that go checkout some old stuff Gluee/Redlight, then hit Exeter, 333, Crest, Good Luck for some good vibes.
Also forgot to mention, some of Bladee's all time best songs are loosies/singles that never made an album or project. A lot of these songs are on Soundcloud, but also CZcams. It would be cool if you reacted to those songs too! Doorman, Sesame Street, FML, Apple, Made of Glass, All I Want, Rain Check, Jewely, #18, Plastic Surgery, MJ, Into Dust. Low key you should react to the little EP 'rip bladee' next it was such a classic time to be a fan of DG. The music was so fucking good.
Appreciate you reality I’m glad everyone including you can share his music makes you feel on here it’s more than just if the song is good or bad I like to look at it as how it makes me feel music is about feeling ❤️🙏
Thanks I just want to share my mind with people because I feel we are all the same in some way it just takes someone to drop the ego and reach out and not be scared of the criticisms of the world and I believe everyone can do it… it just takes time and patience 🙏❤️🌝
BRRROOOO I know exactly what ur talking about with the whole family guilting with football. Like everyone in my family would say "man you'd be a great linebacker" but all I wanted to do was play drums and make music. My grandfather on my mothers side, rest his soul, was the only one in my whole family that actively encouraged me to pursue music and he bought me my first drum kit.
Tbh honest, i've never made a comment on a reactors video. But you're the first my mans! Looove your reactions and your breakdown of Bladee and DG. I vibe hard with ya when u start vibing bro hahaha.
