I smile the whole way through your videos. There's just the right mix of new stuff and callbacks, and the unedited no-context clip is always a great way to end. I usually watch your videos before I watch Adam's, and I'm always surprised by what's edited and what's not.

I do personally prefer to put the steak inside of a broiler (what Brits would call a grill) halfway through the cooking process
