Willem Merkes van Gendt - Suite op. 55 for large orchestra (demo)

Willem Merkes van Gendt (1840-ca. 1915) was born in a noble family and wrote about 50 compositions. Most are sadly lost. But sometimes true gems are recovered, like this wonderfully romantic 'little' suite for orchestra.
