Not sure if you've started recording the next video yet but if you haven't, when you find Otto the otters room make sure to find the new room with a cage inside! Next to the cage you'll find a button that says "clown" and if you press it 3 time the clown from dollhouse will appear in the cage if you hit the cage with the axe the clown will be released and then you'll have to press the button again and itll start spawning in random rooms. Only do this if your ok with the clow occasionally body blocking you when you enter a room.
