I recently got hit with some heavy virus that was going around. On the second day, I remembered that I had Ivermectin (from 2021. I hadn't needed it) and took it. Less than 24 hrs later and I was completely well and full of energy. It was wild. I went from unable to get up and do ANYTHNG (too wiped out to eat), to completely energized and raking the lawn and a dozen other tasks. I've NEVER recovered from anything so quickly, ever (I'm 66). So... no wonder it's a Nobel prize winner. I am not big on drugs, but this one is impressive.

I had a stroke 3 months ago and I was recommended this music and I love it. It relaxes my body and my breathing gets into a calm rhythm and I use it every night. I use my essential oil diffuser with calming oils bubbling away to help with the atmosphere and to help me go off to sleep. Beautiful calming relaxing music.
