This is the fastest #electricscooter I'd ridden to date! Spoilers in the title ;) this baby flies at 34+ MPH (~55+ KMH)! Dual motors (2,000 watt), dual shocks, dual brakes, and a ton of fun to ride, especially off-roading - it's the D4+ and huge thanks to #Nanrobot for sponsoring this video.

Even though I have a D6+ I bought a D4 + 2.0 also just because I like the look of it and I feel it has a more slight portability advantage over the D6+. I think you are about right in your estimation of range. I was thinking anywhere between 15 to 23 miles range of hardcore riding. I got around 18 miles on my D6+ with a good amount of power riding and the battery was down just a little under half capacity at that point.

A friend of mine has it and I've ridden it, It is generally a good and fun scooter but it has issues. I ll start by saying that this is a very VFM scooter, power and braking are awesome! The downsides me and my friend spotted are these:
    1) You have to tighten some screws pretty often compared to other scooters.
    2) Some of the little plastic covers come of very easily and he lost some of those.
3)The plastic covers from the battery charging ports come off every single ride
    4) the front suspension is like non-existing. It has so little travel that you do not understand it's there.

Does it gain energy by pulling the brakes while driving? Noticed something interesting. The next day, voltage rises and goes approximately back to the volt number you had the day before. In order to gain this energy, I drive 3 seconds with dual drive at start and then I use single drive till the motor adapts to road. (total voltage drop is 0.3 V). When starting with single drive, the voltage drops more at the end of the ride and you can hear the motor rotating a bit hard till gain the proper speed (drops about 0.8 V). Talking about same distance. Also, voltage drops 5 volts and rises again while driving, so be careful, because if you drive with 48 volts and use turbo mode and dual drive, your scooter will turn off and will not turn on until you charge it again (if drops to the default 43 volts). Hope that helps.

I bought a Nanrobot D4+ scooter on Amazon last month and it was a different brand. I love it cause it's very quickly, but after about a week, it has stop working about 20 miles because the controller burned out and they sent a new controller to replace it,then my scooter finally back to normal, but after nearly one month of using,I found that the battery life became shorter. The original factory told me that the dual motor's voltage is very large, so the battery life will be more short. The factory suggested me bought a new battery, but I can't accept it, so I chose to return it

Nice reviews, but I think it’s important to consider another important factor in addition add to your 7 topics - Customer Support. These are machines that will inevitably have problems and maintenance issues at one point or another. But a number of these scooters under review, like this one, seem to be manufactured and distributed from abroad with no apparent customer service base here in the US. To compare them to scooters like the Boosted Rev or the Wide Wheel (each of which has easily available customer support domestically) without considering this distinction is short term thinking on the part of the consumer. It would really be helpful if you addressed availability of customer support in each of these reviews.

I love this scooter. Although I'd like scooters to be bigger/beefer ! How much does it cost ? Im def looking at e- scooters rather than e-bikes.. I'd like to see one longer, wider, higher .
Scale this up 3x for the frame and tires.

I’m not at all interested with electric scooters, but I saw 34 MPH and had to click. Man this video makes me want to buy one!

For me, it needs to consider weight as well. I need to be able EASILY to lift it onto a train luggage rack. 15k max, preferably less than 12kg. I appreciate if people can do A to B on scooter they can use heavier scooters, but commonly they are last mile options. Really need up to 30km/hr as welll.

Ive owned this scooter for about 6 month's. 2 Key things they should change, 1 the handgrips are possibly the worst things i ever held onto. 2nd the front suspension should have an option for an upgrade. They are awful. Overall this thing is a monster!

Do you know that all the nanrobot d4+ 2.0 upgraded version has a bug in the speedometer? When u set it as mph it actually shows kmph. So your speed is not mph. You can check it with a gps app like waze. So i do not know what u using to check your speed.
