When you go to Surabaya, you have to come to Malang. I think Malang is biggest Theme Park Complex City in Indonesia 😅 we Have Malang Night Paradise, Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, Jatim Park 3, Batu Night Spectacular, Museum Angkut, Santera De La Ponte Park, Pujon Kidul Village, Paralayang View, a various Waterfall Park, Hotsprings side in Cangar Forest, Night Market in Aloon-Aloon Batu, Selecta Park, Batu Flower Garden, and many other Garden and Park 😅😂 usually Surabaya people come to Malang to enjoy holiday. Actually not only Surabaya, because Malang is famous as Tourism Destination

Surabaya, although the second largest city in Indonesia, in my opinion this city is very affordable. In this city there are 3-star hotels at affordable prices, namely the Neo Gubeng hotel. at night we can take a walk to Tunjungan which is the old city of Surabaya, Brawijaya night market which is the busiest night market in Surabaya, or just hang out at the mall or roadside . Many people do not know about Surabaya.
We actually liked the vibe in Surabaya - felt very local and real even though its not as busy as Jakarta... probably, the fact that few foreigners go there.. Would have loved to see more of it before our visas expired! 🤓
@@TheBackpacksters Most outsiders who visit Surabaya come from the Netherlands, because in Surabaya there are still many relics from the Dutch colonial period.
It's really pleasing when you guys eat in the small stall, beside the price is very cheap but even just a single penny of yours can help their small family as well..
We totally understand and respect their hardwork. It reminds of the small shops in our own country where the small money goes a long way for the family of the shopkeeper 🤓

I often go to Yogya, but hardly outside the city (I usually travel for work). So I kinda feel impressed with your video and the view
