This movie does not make a lot of sense. You can't have someone committed to a mental institution for leaving you. Then when the husband fell down the stairs he was the one who was trying to grab her to apparently force her down the stairs with him- she barely pushed his hands off and he fell through no fault of her own. In the end she says she needs help? She's basically fine- she didn't do anything! I don't get what the problem is.
