Kimwarer Aror Ksh 120 billion. Not to mention the school computer project. All these and many more happened in the 1st term of Jubilee Administration. Handshake was not in existence during this period. Muluka must therefore stop lying that handshake is the root of the economic mess. In the last 4 yrs we have witnessed the Covid heist. We must acknowledge that as well. However the lies being peddled that Jubilee did wonders in the 1st term must be fully debunk.
