Very impressive game by Tennessee. If anyone just looks at the final score, they will be mislead by how close this game was. 24 to 31 with 14 min. left in the 4th. My non-expert, off-the-cuff opinion is that the Bama depth chart was too much for TN. (I know, I know.....brilliant insight lol). If CJH matches his recruiting with his coaching, TN may just be back in a couple of years. As a Dawg fan, I think the TN game will be **much** tougher than the UF game.

@@Sour129 the lack of depth on defense is ultimately what lead to that score yeah you can say all you want about the busted assignments on Alabama but TN was in that game until the 4th (which is alot closer than they have been in awhile), that's the only downside to that fast of an offense if you don't have deep depth on defense its going to be a struggle, keep in mind TN lost most of their starters before last season.

The first half reminded me of the old Alabama Tennessee rival but then in the fourth quarter you can see that the depth of Alabama really pushed Alabama to the 52-24 Final. Tennessee, once upon a time, was Bama's toughest game of the year, with the exception of the Iron Bowl, of course. But the past decade Tennessee has been damn near a joke of a football team. The only time Saban has ever lost to Tennessee was when he was still coaching LSU. But it's good to see them get a decent coach. It will be better for the rivalry & better for the SEC. And yes, because of the final score I almost didn't watch this. But some of the things Saban said about the game made me curious enough to check it out.

14:54 - Blatant targeting not even reviewed (Launch and face mask contact commentators got it wrong, not even reviewed)

38:34 - Blatant Holding by center #71
39:12 - Clear contact by DB on WR top left of screen
51:05 - False start by TE not called (Left side of line) Similar motion called earlier on UT RB and later on Bama
1:23:55 - BAMA DB #13 grabbing and holding the WR in the middle of the field
1:28:07 - Lineman #73 reaching out and holding/tugging rusher from behind after he has been beat (Left side of line/top of screen)

The only way this can be deemed a recovery by BAMA is video evidence or if they originally called a fumble on the field which was not the case at the time of fumble.
