My son applied last year September. Went to them today (cape Town campus) they couldn't find his application. The lady that was at the reception desk, last yrs September, was more interested in her cell phone.
If his application can NOT be found, did she use the paper as toilet paper, eat it or bin it?
What type of an institution is this. He signed the register at the registration desk, so what, apparently.
I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism at the cape Town branch.
