Not going to lie. I would be super annoyed if I had to wait in the drive thru line at the pharmacy because someone was getting that many prescriptions. It looked like it took a long time.

Alicia I love the patience that you have with these children . They're going to grow up and be great wonderful adults . I wish I'd had that kind of patience when I was raising my boys. I have better patience now that I'm 66 LOL. I was brought up by a military man and this is how he raised me and my sister we were not to be seen or heard we could go places with our parents to other people's houses we were told to sit not move not speak because he didn't want us to embarrassing him. It was stressful for me because he would be watching us like Hawks and if we did anything that he felt you weren't supposed to do we were punished. Unfortunately my father was very abusive to me not my sister just me. I lived in fear growing up and I know this sounds terrible but when my dad would get sent to Vietnam or other places I considered it a blessing. Unfortunately the tension and anxiety I grew up under caused me have horrible stomach issues and at the age of 10 I was diagnosed with an ulcer. It was always hard for me to allow my children to be children because I wasn't allowed to be a child myself. I have been in therapy I was in therapy for 7 years but I could never get this anxiety and Rush I would get when my boys would be doing something and I felt they shouldn't be doing it when it was nothing. I hope that made sense. I can't change the past I just wish I had been more like you I would wish a lot of parents could be like that patience is hard to have. I just love watching your videos I think to myself I wish I could have been like that like I said you should be teaching and helping new parents I feel that parenting classes let people know our parents understand as a child has to be a child.
Which patients does Alicia have around these children? Alicia is a great mother and I've never seen her bring any hospital patients near these amazing kids.

What an awesome day fulfilled witu medical appts, pharmacy, donuts, trip to the fish farm, and horse farm/stables. The kids all have so much energy. They really enjoyed the fish farm and were well behaved watching Bree take lessons. It's nice to know Patrick is in track & field busy with sports along with Alex and Jason!

Was that Jordan that said, “”I’m having road rage. And I’m going to Taco Bell.” Lmao I choked on my drink. And then his, “I didn’t mean to judge him” has my heart swelling. I also loves Zoe’s perspective, I try to teach my kids to think like that. And it’s really kind of rewarding to see my kids feel bad for someone who was mean, instead of letting it hurt their heart.
Can we also acknowledge that if you have road rage before Taco Bell, you better get off the road before you eat that. Because imagine how bad the after Taco Bell road rage could be 😂

Also, it makes no sense to me when people get road rage for no reason...I've been honked at and flipped off, not to mention someone death glared me for something I didn't do lol
I love this family and watch everyday posted however, I do agree... the drive thru is a convenience and is designed for quick access. Perhaps you should call ahead to the pharmacy to make sure all your items are ready for pick up before jamming the lane for so long. Your large family and prescription needs shouldn't inconvenience someone waiting behind you for perhaps one bottle of meds. A simple phone call could solve it all.

I’m sure you thought of this already, but you should do a collab with Dunkin and call it “The Dougherty Donuts” where the the customer gets a “Dougherty Dozen” (14 donuts) created by each member of the family with a side of coffee. I would get it.

I don't think we have a fish hatchery around here. I'm going to have to look that up because that looks awesome. I have a pond in my backyard that we built to swim in at first and then we decided to put lots of koi fish in there and they ended up having babies so now we have lots of babies and somehow Turtles and frogs have navigated the pond. I love teaching my kids about animals. I think it would be so fun for my son to go horseback riding because he will be four next month and I think that's perfect for him. I can't wait for my baby to get bigger so we can do all the fun things with him as well. I love family outings. My fiance doesn't care for them too much but I think they are awesome and he always joins in which I love. I'm going to do the same for my kids when they have girlfriends. I'm going to make sure that they feel welcomed in our home. What a fun family.
You should call ahead to the pharmacy for your order if it’s large . Then they can have it ready and you dont have to hold everyone up waiting .

We took your children out today I fell in love with it I never seen anything like that before especially with the fishes it just looks so peaceful and relaxing the serenity of it all if anyone is in a bad mood or have one of those down days that is the place to visit it will uplift anyone's spirit and a horses are gorgeous I love horses have the sister who love horses just as much as I do..... If you like something new to do with your whole family. You may went to go to Watkins Glen State Park. Where you can walk under water falls and tails. We take your kids there three time a year.
