@@YNGDYE I don't, because I started in Ashes of outland. I did play mill N'zoth rouge briefly however, but I did not have a good winrate.
Hearthstone was my first CCG, and i was really shocked when i learned that in Magic when your deck ends, you just lose. Fatigue just seems so... obvious, i dunno.

Can we talk about how unfun warlock is to play against? Tickitus is fun to play but to play against? Burning 5 cards is near guaranteed to destroy any combo deck and gives a huge advantage in the fatigue game against other control decks as well. And don't forget when they get to play it a second time burning 5 more cards
Yeah it’s a bit obnoxious to play against, but it seems good to have counterplay against combo, and regarding control, to me, that’s something you have to accept when you play control decks, but that’s just my pov.
Yeah, even when you add 5 extra cards to your fatigue deck you lose to a warlock who doesn't even get full value from Y'Shaarj. Disgusting card.
What if you play for fun, not competitively, and every warlock opponent plays Tickatus. Even if I win against them, the game feels terrible. We had lots of good counters to combo in the past with Loatheb, Dirty Rat, Saboteur etc that didn't force control opponents to add super greedy cards like Archivist Elysiana to their decks.

Shaman doesn't suck, totem shaman is actually doing pretty well at the moment
To be fair, decks like Totem Shaman do really well against the value-oriented decks that everyone's trying out early in the expansion, because they have an early game that spirals out of control. But considering how Totem Shaman didn't get much support this expansion, and Totem Shaman last expansion wasn't good, once aggro becomes the center of attention again Totem Shaman probably won't do well anymore.

That reminds me of a deck I made a while ago. It had a bit of overload synergies and and murloc synergies. The murlocs fit in because I had Hagatha to generate spells with and because of underbelly angler to add more murlocs to my hand which each add spells to my hand. I used ice fishing to tutor them out and I always kept Hagatha in my starting hand.
Long story short, I burned a lot of cards.
We have no other win condition than fatiguing the other player out.

This is actually my favourite deck. I've been played it during the past expansion! I was wondering how to construsct new version of it and better with Old Gods , but you did it first, and now I have a new version of my favourite deck thanks to you.
Because I’m too broke to buy endless packs, I just made random tempo mage for fun and then I watch Trump play all the other cool decks. I don’t care about winning anymore I just want to have more own chaotic random fun. Praise Yogg
I would love to play a deck designed specifically to fatigue the opponent while maybe surviving with something, perhaps heals. Would it be competetive? Probably not, would it be fun? Hell yeah!

I made an Elysiana/Galakrond control shaman in the last expansion whose only win condition was to fatigue the enemy out. It was actually pretty good and caused a decent number of ragequits. I'm looking forward to adding Yogg and C'thun to it. :D

I built a very similar deck except I use “The Fist” package which consists of The Fist of Ra Den, two Cagematch Custodians, and two Hoard Pillagers. Fist is so good now that you essentially can run three copies of it.
Which card do you not play with that package? Jens’ deck looks to be rather AOE heavy and he always needs them all to win
Edit: I am the fool, they did miss lethal, they had a sorcerous apprentice up so the arcane missiles would've been free
Ok the last mage didn't miss lethal, Trump was at 4 health, the arcane missiles would've done four damage because of the spell damage, but the mage didn't have any mana left to play the arcane missiles after pinging
