You definitely want to have eye catching booth area, something like the original art, or some sort of insane alters.
BTW Trade nights are fantastic, they're a great way to bring strangers together and start to build a community. Even if you come by yourself, you are welcome and become part of the group.
IMO they need to turn Magic-Fest/Con into something more of an event ala the sports card national. Where it's almost a museum, a party AND a show at the same time.
I agree. i mean i know MTG is a game, but it doesn't take much more to make the "experience" elevated. great food, music, collectibles, makes its special.
Hey I'll attend the event. I'd love to see some artist proofs, summer edition cards and why not some French Black Border 3rd edition since you'll be in France. Also you should meet the boss of a shop called Playin (formerly known as Magic Bazar), I'm sure they have some amazing stuff for you. They have two shops in Paris, go the one in South East of Paris not the central one.

Nice thoughts but Hasbro/WotC is too allergic to secondary market involved that they could ever compose anything like that (with reasonable terms).
