They are propably using pre-seasoned mix of pork and beef (my guess more pork over beef). That is why the color is different from a regular 100% beef patty + also the fats dripping from the patty are red coloured, which confirms my point of the pre-seasoned mix-meat.
Its like "HEY!! LESS CABBAGE!!!"
