Oh I feel you, I hate when I miss my morning yoga classes for whatever reason, but luckily I go after work. Being physically active definitely has an impact on everything in your life once you have a stable routine in place. What a productive day you've had, I do that much in a whole week! Glow recipe is one of my faves as well, and I adore the call it a night too. My skin is dry as well and it makes my skin so nice

I just started Pilates, on class #20 & I’m going for an extreme tone, muscular look kinda like a pageant girl body so I go 3-4 times a week but am eating in a calorie surplus with lots of protein to build muscle so I’m not losing weight & going to weight lift 2/3 days a week.
First or not lol 😆 I was literally bored out of mind just scrolling through CZcams looking for a vlog and the Lord sent Tajah along and I am just loving this voice over very soothing and relaxing for a good night rest 🥰
