hi, im not giving anyone advice, I’m just telling people what I did. I’m not an expert in water fasting or any other diet. Im not a doctor, I’m just a guy that used this method to lose weight. I don’t recommend this to anyone and I suggest people do their own research and consult their own doctors. With that said, this is what I did. I used -1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp baking soda, (baking soda, not baking powder) -1 tsp of a product called (no salt) it’s a salt substitute that’s actually potassium, I’m sure there’s other brand names for this, it’s just a cheap salt substitute you buy at the grocery store. (Those three I mixed in my 2 litre water bottle and drank throughout the day. Basically I looked up “snake juice”recipe online, but the one that includes baking soda. Then I also took magnesium ,calcium, and mens multivitamins (I took a triple dose of the mens vitamins per day) Then later in the 100 day fast, I started taking iron supplements, not because I felt I needed it, not because I knew anything about it, I only started taking it after my son was reading about the importance of iron in the body. So I just bought a bottle and took whatever the bottle recommended. As you can see, I’m no expert, all this just worked for me. The first week was difficult and I quit many times. After the first week it gets easy, I wasn’t hungry for the rest of the 100 days after the first week of torture. In total, I lost 126 lbs in the 100 days. Being close to a toilet was a good idea, as my body emptied out. And throughout the fast I still pooped but not much of course. Farts were dangerous as they often could be a mess in your pants if you were not careful. I would usually try to hold back until I got to a toilet. I knew about this from previous fasts, so I was ready for it. My apologies for talking about the gross side of fasting, but it’s reality. My energy levels were through the roof pretty much the whole fast after the first week. I only slept 4 to 6 hours a night, and felt well rested. My skin tags went away, and my skin looked much healthier. and I had very little to No loose skin. However I still had fat when I stopped as I limited myself to the 100 day target. I felt I could have gone much more then 100 days, I felt great.I gained much more mobility as my fast progressed. Now for a shot of reality-I gained a bunch back, not all, but some, due to carelessly going back to my old habits of pigging out. Food is addictive, especially sugar, and I fall prey to its power over and over. I’m starting a new longer water fast in the new year. I’m human, I’m weak, I’m normal, I fail and start again hoping this time I smarten up at the finish line. I can’t give up, water fasting really works well for me, I can’t speak for others, nor can I recommend such an extreme weight loss regime, but all I know is it works for me. Should be doing ut for more than 3 days because after day 3 u start losing muscle and nutrient which is dangerous, so just do 3 days at a time then refeed lightly then do it again
do not forget to eat salt! the main reason you feel tired is lack of sodium in your body because when you drink too much water you pee much more and pee is the biggest reason you lost salt in your body

This is the most effective diet i ever done ،for some people it may seems crazy that you only drink water but actually its the best detoxing and the fastest way to lose weight in healthy way (and whats better that it seems that you feel better mentally also)
@@kimberlyr5858you have to change your diet and workout. If you go back to eating burgers and pizza....yeah. Fasting resets the body, reverses aging, prevents disease and diabetes and clears the skins. Many other benefits too but after resetting the body you have to be willing to live a healthy lifestyle
Lets go man keep going. The best meals to eat are home cooked, rice chicken steak potatoes (baked) greens such as lettuce broccoli, also tomatoes onions pretty much any vegetable and fruit is good too. When eating out i recommend getting chicken or steak.
My last water fast was 100 days. Lost 126 lbs. my personal experience was the first 7 days was very hard, after that it’s a breeze. As long as I took my electrolytes. 100 days, 95 of which I was never hungry, and I had much more energy then when I was eating. I’ve also done a 67day, a 40, a 14, and a 5 day . So I’m not new to it. Sadly I seem to always go back to my old habits, and gain a portion back. I need to break that cycle. It’s a mental thing. I am starting a 125 day one soon, just shopping for my electrolyte supplements tonight. To all those starting a water fast, I wish you the best, you won’t regret it. With that said, I’m not a doctor or health expert, so do your own research, and decide what’s best for you.Cheers
This gives me hope. I just researched all about the bone broth fast. I had no idea you can extend it longer. I really wanna lose about 50lbs before summer. Questions: what electrolytes did you use? Did you work out and if so, hard or lightly? Any specific things to know about like no naps or naps ok? How did you pass the time if you were bored and therefore hungry? Omg so many questions
I literally remember my longest water fast is 1 and a half of a day and I really remember on how I start hallucinating just after 20hrs I start fasting... So hat's off to you because I know to myself this is really hard
Wow, you're amazing to have been able to do it for 7 days! I could only manage to do it for 6 days, and during this time I've had trouble sleeping, like sometimes having difficulty breathing.

Nice! I did a few days of water fast. As a teacher, we have a weight loss competition every year. I have won the last two years and will probably win this year again. It's 9 weeks and I have lost 45 lbs so far. I'm super tired of fasting and exercising. This year, I decided to eat 2 days of only plant based food. I can tell the difference. I'll probably lose like 10 more lbs and then maintain my weight between 165-175 lbs.

Im so motivated by you. I seem to always fail after 24 hours but after seeing this video im really gonna train my mental state and push through. Do u think adding exercise is a way for even more weight loss while water fasting or do u think that would be a bad idea?
I did a 7 day water fast 9 years ago it was no joke the hardest thing I ever done this time I want to do at least 30 days. Congratulations to you for completing the fast 😊
Much respect for the discipline! However, as people have differences in metabolism, naturally occurring or the result of a sedentary lifestyle, it is advisable to keep up some exercise. This is also because the fasting can lead to a reduced metabolism and thus less fat burning. I made this mistake on my first water fast. The next produced much better results because of regular, lightweight exercises.
great job bro, just keep it up with proper calorie intake. Calorie deficit is key to loosing Fat. Better to loose with muscle definition as well. Better focus on intermittent fasting, a few OMADS as well, full high intensity work out. But again this is truly inspiring, keep it up, physique❤❤❤❤❤

You got this keep up the hard work
YOU GOT THIS BRO!
I'll do these fasts every 5 months or so but overall you want to incorporate nutrition with daily exercise. There's also 2 options either the carnivore diet or fruit and veggie diet.....I personally know of people that have had great success with the carnivore diet!
Hit the gym. Dont just fast on its own
Great work!...it ain't easy. I'm on day 5 and determined to hit the seventh day
By saying water fast do you eat meals after 24 hours or something or do u not eat anything for 7 days straight

Keep it going!!! I cut soda from my diet and replaced it with water. I weight 257 now I'm at 243!! In one week!! As long as you maintain a healthy diet on top!
Hey can I ask a question. Do you think this way will be side affects and do we can't eat just a little bit of food?
Can you answer I really want to know
Soup soft things ?
@@NovaStarfox113i cut food from my diet and replaced it with diet soda 🙏
hi, im not giving anyone advice, I’m just telling people what I did. I’m not an expert in water fasting or any other diet. Im not a doctor, I’m just a guy that used this method to lose weight. I don’t recommend this to anyone and I suggest people do their own research and consult their own doctors. With that said, this is what I did.
I used
-1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp baking soda, (baking soda, not baking powder)
-1 tsp of a product called (no salt) it’s a salt substitute that’s actually potassium, I’m sure there’s other brand names for this, it’s just a cheap salt substitute you buy at the grocery store.
(Those three I mixed in my 2 litre water bottle and drank throughout the day. Basically I looked up “snake juice”recipe online, but the one that includes baking soda. Then I also took
magnesium ,calcium, and
mens multivitamins (I took a triple dose of the mens vitamins per day)
Then later in the 100 day fast, I started taking iron supplements, not because I felt I needed it, not because I knew anything about it, I only started taking it after my son was reading about the importance of iron in the body. I also did zero excercise during the fast.
Now, listen up, this is the most important part of waterfasting. the re feeding after it’s completed. It’s a slow re feeding process, re feeding the wrong way can be very dangerous, even life threatening. I learned the hard way after a 40 day fast , I didn’t take the advice of countless re feed videos, and I experienced almost collapsing, and possibly dying. I don’t know how bad a state I was in, all I know was it hit me hard when I re fed the wrong way. I thought I was going to die. I’ll never do that again. I can’t stress the importance of this enough out There’s many videos on line talking about the safe way to re feed. Sorry, this is long winded, but I had many people ask questions, so I’m copying and pasting to everyone that asked something. Hopefully I’ve remembered everything. Speaking of your mind, and memory and mental function, when you fast, you seem to have a much clearer mind, more focus, sharper, faster. At least that’s what I experienced. I hope everyone finds success in whatever weight loss method they choose. Please don’t take my story as advice, it’s just my story. Cheers and good luck.
I want to start a 7 day but I always break down on day 3😩😩… you’re excellent motivation!
Should be doing ut for more than 3 days because after day 3 u start losing muscle and nutrient which is dangerous, so just do 3 days at a time then refeed lightly then do it again
What type of water diet in morning how many glass drinking
do not forget to eat salt! the main reason you feel tired is lack of sodium in your body because when you drink too much water you pee much more and pee is the biggest reason you lost salt in your body
I don’t know why I can’t make up my own mind to make it to seven days
I push till three and done 😢
@@sameerakhawajaandfamily9817 caution this diet is not for everyone u should ask your doctor 1st and make sure if ur body could resist . Anyway u drink water as much as u can maximum 3 liters or if u severely overweight u drink 4 liters

Hey I just wanna tell you that you did a great job. But also take care of yourself. I'm soo glad to see you achieve this 7 days fast. I know it was tough but you did it ❤😊
Ignore stupid ignorant comments! Keep going!
Omg!!! Ur so strong to have the willpower to do that!! Good job!
Omg that difference is so good. I hope you achieve your goals soon ❤
Thanks for sharing😊 i love fasting! Its amazing for the mind body and soul.
Great job, bro. Don't starve yourself though, homie, I'm sure you can find the right diet that makes you feel good and look good without having to avoid eating. Some damn strong willpower though. Proud of you. Can't wait to see the transformation. You've got this.
Fasting is good for you. More people should do it. Research the benefits of it. Cancer would go down tremendously
Yeah, I know, been fasting for years, but it's not exactly a good long term weight management strategy.
@@IAmSpectre777 right it's not really a weight-loss strategy so much as it is a reset for your body. You lose weight so you can start fresh and eat right and exercise
@@ParkJiminFTLFFProductions Yesss, but the problem a lot of people have is not knowing how to eat right and relying too much and too often on fasting to lose a lot of weight in as little time possible.

I’m so proud of you and thank you for inspiring others to take care of themselves too
Way to go brother you doing a good job! I'm in my fasting today too for health benefits.
Fasting builds discipline couple it with exercise for better results
i will definitely do this in future since its my first try ill take it slow so my body can adopt
The self-control bro. Respect.
woww you did great! i'm gonna do it tomorrow,i hope i can do it 7 days :')
seeing u get excited warmed my heart, keep it up man love to see it
Proud of you brother
thank you
I can definitely tell a difference! The people who don’t probably have really poor eye vision and a lack of awareness 😂
People who don’t fast don’t starve themselves to death and don’t have eating disorders.
Hey man good job, weight loss is hard especially if you’re fasting, stay strong man only 1 week and you look much better
great job!! keep up the good work!
I can see I prettty massive change within just 7 days wow fasting is a great way to start going into a healthy lifestyle
Fasting allows for prayer
I can never do a 7 day water fast. Well, maybe I can or maybe I can't because I've never tried so I can't say but my total respect to this guy for doing it, it's not easy.
You did great man. Don’t listen to the haters. Hats off to you !!
wow that's some mental strength right there. way to go!
How i wish to be able to do this, hat-off brother, ur determination is amazing, don't give a damn to the hate comment ❤
thank you
This is the most effective diet i ever done ،for some people it may seems crazy that you only drink water but actually its the best detoxing and the fastest way to lose weight in healthy way (and whats better that it seems that you feel better mentally also)
But wouldn’t you gain it all back once you eat again? Lol
That's true. I did a 17 day water fast and lost 13kg. First 3 days are tough, after that you're used to not eating.

Good job! The hard work you put in is visible.
I do 72 hour fasts every week. Good job brother !!!
wow every week.. ill try this u give me an idea thank you
Strong will power! The change is visible already from day 3
Go bruhhhh Wish you got the goal. You can do it❤❤❤❤❤
Congrats! You got this!
Well done fasting is mentally challenging and it takes someone with a lot of willpower to fast for that long
My last water fast was 100 days.
100 days? no way! Im on day 3 and its not that easy. I can't imagine 100 days unless ur forces or kidnapped by monsters.
Hi what supplements should I get for electrolytes thx ?
What electrolytes did you use
Did you experience loose skin?
This gives me hope. I just researched all about the bone broth fast. I had no idea you can extend it longer. I really wanna lose about 50lbs before summer. Questions: what electrolytes did you use? Did you work out and if so, hard or lightly? Any specific things to know about like no naps or naps ok? How did you pass the time if you were bored and therefore hungry? Omg so many questions
Your body requires vitamins and minerals for basic function, only drinking water will mess up your metabolism
no it won’t

Good for you man, so inspiring. I think I’m gonna try it pretty soon I’m really nervous.
research first before trying it. you can do it
I literally remember my longest water fast is 1 and a half of a day and I really remember on how I start hallucinating just after 20hrs I start fasting... So hat's off to you because I know to myself this is really hard
Hardest days are the first 3 days
Wow, you're amazing to have been able to do it for 7 days! I could only manage to do it for 6 days, and during this time I've had trouble sleeping, like sometimes having difficulty breathing.
Great job! Your skin cleared up with the autophagy.
Niceeeee!!!!!!!! You’re AMAZING!
You're the best!
OMG that’s difficult, but the results are amazing, wish you the best man, you’ll definitely reach your goal weight. ❤
Okung did this for 40 days and lost near to 100 lbs/45 kilos the first few days are hard and doesn't look like working but you eventually get it done like a committed man. Wish you luck buddy

Did you exercise while fasting? Did gym at least
Did you experience any loose skin after the water fast?

Congratulations bro I admire your dedication to this task it’s really well done so much thanks 😊
7 days is no joke. My best is only 1 day so far. Respect to you.
Amazing work bro 😎 truly inspiring
On day 4 gonna tryn do a month not on just water though i drink the naked drinks for energy at work will come back and let you know my resaults your a inspiration for everyone brother i appreciate this video
You made a fantastic start. Start adding weight training. It'll change everything. You're very brave. Thanks for uploading.
Good job, I admire your motivation!!!🥰
Well done. You can see a massive difference.
I cant
Im so motivated by you. I seem to always fail after 24 hours but after seeing this video im really gonna train my mental state and push through. Do u think adding exercise is a way for even more weight loss while water fasting or do u think that would be a bad idea?
if its your first time dont over do yourself. just always drink water when you feel hungry
I did a 7 day water fast 9 years ago it was no joke the hardest thing I ever done this time I want to do at least 30 days. Congratulations to you for completing the fast 😊
Congrats on completing 7!!
You got this brotha
Nice! I heard you can’t live after 3 days without water tho so this must’ve been really hard! Anyways when I’m older I might try something like this
great job bro, just keep it up with proper calorie intake.
Calorie deficit is key to loosing Fat. Better to loose with muscle definition as well. Better focus on intermittent fasting, a few OMADS as well, full high intensity work out.
But again this is truly inspiring, keep it up, physique❤❤❤❤❤
