Ah yes. As a kid I must've missed the episode when Donatello constructed a giant robot mecha-Leonardo complete with proportionally sized projectile weapons and swords.
I think they use giant robots in the japan only TMNT ova, it should be here on youtube.

Did anyone else notice how the vents on the side of the face look like the teeth? It really resembles the smile the turtles were originally drawn with

The "dots" are wheels. Apparently, each turtle will come with pieces that will make a mini version of the turtle van.
As a fan of both TMNT AND GUNDAM, this is a holy grail!

Honestly, compared to some other stuff, I think in the figure world this thing is fairly priced. Still a lot, but ya'know comperatively
I agree, the price is kinda high but considering the size and diecast metal, along with the amount of accessories, it seems justifiable.

The pricing is very reasonable! Not sure what you expect to pay for figures of this quality, but he's definitely on the low end of the price scale for figures of this quality and size.
Would’ve been a bit cooler if the canister-shaped pilot seat would’ve been decorated to look like the TCRI Ooze canister.
You know, if you look at the face from a quarter angle, the "vents" on the side look like that classic TMNT side grin; that's got to be on purpose!
Don’t really care for these, but they showed off an awesome looking transforming figure that turns into the turtle van. Even comes with a little turtle figure to ride in the van and in the robot’s chest like a mech suit.

This is a really creative figure, it sorta reminds me of the Metal Slug transformer. No idea why it exists, but glad it does.

I like how the vents on the side of the head also gives off the air of the side grin/grimace the figures normally have

I've been into getting some more higher end 'metal build' like figures and honestly the fact you can get figures like this Leonardo, the moshow toys Masamune and the Cang Dao Lord Purgatory for less then the recently released Chogokin Gundam Aerial is kind of insane.

This figure is legitimately amazing. He's very solid, really nice tight joints, great articulation and holds poses really well. There are almost too many accessories, but they've really gone all out to make sure that whatever your preferred choice of weapons for mechs, they probably have you covered. Honestly, this exceeded my expectations.
For people saying it's high priced - compared to what exactly?? This is very literally at the cheap end of the spectrum for figures of this size and quality! He's about half the price of a Getter or Mazinger figure of this size, for example. This isn't some cheap mainline TF figure, it's a high quality collector's piece. He's worth every penny.

I don't care about TMNT either, but this is genuinely tempting to buy just for how fantastic it looks.
And i do NOT say that easily! I'm stingy as hell with my purchases of pretty much anything (i hate buying imperfect products), and i don't even collect figures like this at all.
This one is just *that* good!

Noticed jobby missed a few small things.
The middle part of the chest, approximately where the sternum would be flips up and out of the way allowing for more bend forward and side to side.
Also, there are covers on the calves that hide another hole allowing you to attach things like the revolvers.
ah yes store the revolvers near your goddamn ankle.
I mean I gotta say this figure is really just something else this is moshow toys levels of panel lining and decaling.
And I also gotta say that it is a damn pleasure whenever jobby uploads

I just saw prerelease photos of the Michaelangelo. These look so sweet.
Makes me wonder what other characters are planned beyond the 4 turtles; Splinter? Shredder? Gelgoog/Zaku-inspired Bebop and Rocksteady? Very hype.

I can’t wait for the Donatello figure, Donatello has been my favorite throughout my whole life
Still holding out hope that someday we will get an official TMNT transformers crossover like a turtle van that just turns into the turtles. And I can relate to not being a fan of a franchise, yet having a favorite in that franchise, like I never cared for the Scooby Doo franchise, but Velma was still my favorite character.
The same company that made this Gundam Leo is also making a Leo that Transforms into the Party Wagon it isn't an actual Transformer but it's probably the closest thing we are going to get
@@BriarShinn I personally hope that party wagon turtle transformer it doesn't transform into any turtle in particular. Like maybe just give it some green headbands and pads and have it come with all of the turtles weapons.

Yeah it’s Leo, though could have fitted into this same line if they made it Metal Head instead. Still time for them to alter the design from the initial concepts.

A ninja turtles gundam is ironically one of the less weird things to happen to the franchise.

That figure is beastly. It's no surprise Leo doesn't get love, he's the Cyclops of the Ninja Turtles. Donnie's my guy, but Leo is second.

I'm relatively new to the channel and at one point went back to the old just playing stream of this. Immediately bought it. And now I wait about 20 years for the other 4 to eventually be released.

My brother, who's name is Leonardo is responsible for getting me into the tmnt franchise as a kid, he'd usually bring CDs with 2003's series episodes when he came home to visit me and my parents. So following this logic....yeah, Leonardo is my favorite turtle.

besides the four turtles, shredder is DEFINITELY a red frame gundam but with different armor. that is the only gundam I loved building and playing with
