You've mentioned that it is important to dissipate heat through heat sink but in case of solar lamps the panel comes behind the fixture so how does the heat dissipates in this case?
LED circuit board in all in one street light should have 1.5mm or more thickness and if body is of aluminium then its great. Also, there are small holes present in front of these lights or in front there's heat sink present under the led light. All in one Solar street lights are sold as 30W but its actually just 5-10W and comes with PIR motion sensor so heat produced is less
