Travel shot: L2 + shoot button
Creative runs: L1 + right stick in running direction
Power shot: R1 + L1 + shoot button
Over the top through ball: L1 to make striker run then L1 + triangle button

@@LuucasDuarte14 well you got to take into account the time I put into it, I was on vacations this week and I almost just played Fifa so was expecting to be a bit higher up by now, but really struggling with scoring goals, I used to left stick dribble a lot and it's way harder now.
I'm on new gen so no idea how it plays on ps4

My animations take a long time to happen, so when I can barely do a pass, I don't know how, I have two or three players surrounding my player. Ohh, but when I apply second man press or heavy pressure, my opponent still have plenty of bloody time to take a tea, a nap, a meal and just then, only then, pass the ball to another of his players. It is just like I play another game

THanks for this quick tutorial.Maybe you can help though as i have an issue with player locking. Very often, when i press R3L3 inward, the player lock activates but it also triggers the ball holder to lif the ball up as if i had just press R3 alone. This usually ends up with a lost ball as it makes going for a switch and a quick pass impossible. Any idea what i'm doing wrong to get that issue ?

I’m Actually enjoying this FIFa . Only thing that is annoying me is the speed in which the player shoots is to slow takes half a second to long and the keeper just smothers the ball usually .
Change your camera settings to tele and custom height and zoom, you will feel it instantly

I trigger my creative runs slightly differently (L3 + R3) but it has made me pretty much unbeatable. I play with Crystal Palace often on seasons online, and its great when Eze wins the ball in midfield and plays Zaha through. Realistic because I score many goals similar to his goal against Liverpool earlier this season haha - makes the game more enjoyable!
Got to Div 2 and can't win more than 2 games on the run feel like I'll be stuck here forever unless I add new skills to my play - I'll try some of this later, the most frustrating thing this year for me is the back and forward passing by players, mid to st, st to mid, mid back to st, st back to mid, through ball from mid to st and goal...So annoying

Is there a setting I have wrong? I tried the creative runs, but when I hit L1 + right analog stick I end up doing some fancy dribble move. I’m still new to the game so I may have not have a clue lol
For me the problem is with defending,when opponent is attacking me,my defenders just make open space for him to run into the box and score a goal,i use even 5 defenders and same thing happens.. No idea what to do its just so frustrating...

Biggest issue with Fifa for the last few years. Defenders don’t play like defenders. They don’t track or mark intelligently or at all. Defensive awareness stat means nothing.
FIFA is trash period. This slow speed game hold people hostage. It's like you are playing against the opponent and the computer at the same time.
I was playing awful, then bagged voller (hero) Modric and kroos in an objective pack and suddenly my midfield and attack has instantly improved, its crazy that sometimes it's not just the fact your playing bad but if your stuck with average players on your ultimate team then your already at a massive disadvantage when coming up against those with heroes, icons, Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe etc...
Especially haaland he’s unplayable
@@kyo6738 Honestly I think Haaland is woeful. Obviously he's massive so he has the turning ability of a submarine, but his passing is what really lets him down. I only play him because I feel like I would just be wasting 400k on my bench.

this is great and all, but ive been searching everywhere... HOW do you attack an opponent with a 4 to 5 defensive line with midfielders rushing back aswell. i can pass what ever i want he wont budge my players dont create chances and eventually i loose the ball. any tips?
Mate I’ve just looked up this video because I’m having the same issue. For some reason when someone is attacking me my defence splits up and creates all these chances and holes for the opposition but when I’m attacking my strikers are just standing there doing nothing and they have 10 defenders covering every hole it’s doing my head in haha

Is my creative runs feature broken I am doing as explained in the video but it’s like my players have led bricks on there feet…cos they never move forward they just mope about beside me..and the maker that shows the run never shows up and I have it on in the settings 😢

I'm playing in custom settings and my player run modifier is L1 so when I try to trigger my players to run they are not running forward when I play in classic it works perfectly how to rectify this

i dont understand the game i really dont, it seems i never get attacking chances, i do all the l1 bullshit and nothing, and the enemy just alwayus seems to have people in the perfect spot for 1 through ball or easy openings,

@@BellaGoldenAdventures early days like . All the sweats are still in lower divisions when the game is only out . It takes about a month usually for things to settle down as all the top players are usually in division 3 upwards by that point.

Can you please make a video on defending? I used to reach Elite on 22 with bit of a sweat but I am really struglling to get out of div 5 now. The stand tackle just doesn't work at all for me, teams easily go through my defence and I can't seem to play when they two men press. Someone please help me out here

I use R1 to make the player run. Probably I have a different controllers setting than you do. I think my setting is the classic one. If that is the case, should I do R1+L1 + triangle for long through ball pass?
On classic R1 is to call the player closer? And the long through ball pass doesn’t matter. You press all 3 at the same time.

Why dont you try a more attacking formation? Put on press after possession loss, more players in the box, upcoming backs seem to work eeally weel
