  • The Burj Al Arab is a unique hotel, symbol of luxury and grandeur, it is the only 7 star hotel in the world, towering imposingly at 321 meters high on an artificial island, it offers a unique experience, with stunning views of the Persian Gulf and unparalleled luxury.
The Burj Al Arab was a pioneering landmark that catapulted Dubai to the status of a world-famous destination, started in 1994 and completed in 1999, this visionary project raised the city to the rank of a global icon of architecture, with a cost of 1 billion dollars, the Burj Al Arab surpasses the height of the Eiffel Tower and rivals in altitude with the Empire State Building.
Despite its reputation, the Burj Al Arab is officially classified as a 5-star hotel, the highest rating that a hotel can receive, the term “7 stars” was assigned by a journalist at the opening of the Burj Al Arab, who considered that the conventional five stars did not reflect its magnificence.

For your information, there is no organisation that gives a 7 star rating. The highest rating is 5 star. Don’t let them fool you and you don’t fool others.

Thank you for your comment, you are absolutely right, there is no official organization that grants a 7-star rating, the Burj Al Arab is indeed classified as a 5-star hotel, my mention of "7 stars" was in reference to a journalistic appraisal at its opening, which aimed to convey its exceptional status rather than a literal rating.
