I bought that model a week ago. You definitely need the 4 amp battery for the run time. I like it so far.

Appreciate the feedback!! I have used it twice now. Use the Turbo button a lot also. The battery did well. It lasted for two uses of blowing my driveway, patio, and sidewalks. I was impressed. I see Ryobi is coming out with a 18V 8au and a 12 au battery size. They are huge. They would probably work great on the weedeaters. That is my next purchase. Researching them now-the Whisper series 15" has my attention right now. It comes with a 6au battery.

@@stevenb1928After I got this, I sold my Echo gas trimmer and have bought a Ryobi String Trimmer. I wanted another 18V but they are not in the Home Depot stores, yet I can order one and have it sent to my house. I wanted to see what the difference was between the 18V and 40v Whisper Trimmers were. Well they had three 40V and they were only $20 more, so I got it. Granted, I only have the 40V battery, but I guess with the extra power, it will last longer. I did put an video up for it also. Thanks again for the feedback and for watching. Anything you get, share it with me as I expand on my yard equipment.

I bought one and love it. It is power hungry though.

Since I do not have too much to blow, I use only about 1/2 battery. That is if I use the boost button but how can one not use it? It blows 🤣! Love mine also and very happy I do not have to mess with a back pack blower any longer. Lighter, quieter, and just as efficient. Thanks for watching.

I just ordered this exact model on ebay for a good price, just curious do you think its powerful enough to dry off a wet car after washing it ?

I haven't tried it but with the turbo button, I am sure it is. I would say just have an extra battery charged to keep it on turbo mode to ensure your entire vehicle is dry. That is a good idea though! I will definitely put it to the test on that on my next wash. It's been so hot right now with no rain since June, I have not had to wash my vehicle. But I will try it later this month-rain is coming so I will be able to wash it.

I'll test it out next week when I get mine. I think it should too but we'll see.@@broncomustangponypower

@@NCblue95 how did it go drying the car? I'm thinking of getting the same one and this would be what it is used for 50% of the time.

In my honest opinion, yes and no because it will get the job done but I think I spent more time using the leaf blower to dry my car than compared to just hand drying it with a microfiber towel. There was alot of areas where the water beads just took a while to blow off and my car is waxed/sealed so maybe if you want to do touchless drying but dont mind spending an extra 10 minutes drying it the blower is a good choice but if you are in a hurry using the microfiber towel is faster to dry off.@@rhys6165
