Strawberry and Cream Cake

This cake is so delicate and soft, it reminds me of the Italian strawberry gelato ( icecream). Chantilly cream is soft and delicate, it goes perfectly with the strawberry aroma.

120ml milk
60g butter
145g flour 00
20g potato starch
1 b. vanillin

Cream
40ml fresh milk
40g sugar
90g mascarpone
400ml fresh cream
5.5g gelatin
